In the end, an estimated 3-4 months project was barely completed in 12 months, which means I had to live on a "construction site" for a year! Even with the long delay, the tile work and the floor project were still less than satisfactory. When doing the floor project, JFI even damaged my carpet because of improper method used. Finally the customer care was close to none. I had really bad experience when dealing with them on the unquoted and unreasonable rework charges. So if you ever decide to use JFI, my recommendation is to require a pre-approval on any extra charges.

Jaime taught it well and I was able to answer 75-85% percent of the questions on the written test from the lecture presentation alone! On the practical "in-the-saddle" instruction/exam Jaime was able to communicate knowledge while I was "hands on" to help me gain a good understanding of safe operations of forklifts. My next step was to contact sellers and feel them out for who's honest and is ultimately going to give me the best deal on a quality forklift. After calling and visiting 10 different sellers, varying from Craigslist tweakers to independent sellers to wholesale distributors, I luckily happened upon Jason with Atlas Toyota. Jason, who apparently has been in the industry for over 25 years, is awesome on the phone: not pushy or overbearing in the least, just very upfront and honest. I headed over to his facility to see some forklifts and was immediately beyond impressed. They have a huge operation including a full staff of mechanics and a massive inventory of forklifts, including every size and option one could ask for. Jason spoke to me, not as a novice, but almost as a buddy, who was looking out for my best interest. At no time did they talk to me about what they had to do. They were bulls in a China shop and they cared about nothing but their concrete.

I asked him politely to send me a short video how to pull them out since they have that bathroom cabinet on the floor. He started raising his voice at me .
