As soon as we stepped into WMS we felt at home. We visited many other schools in the area and we found we compared every single one to WMS. We have never looked back. WMS is not just a school it's a community. I've never felt so welcomed anywhere in my life. Every parent, student, teacher, and faculty member has always been extremely nice to us. Most importantly they care for my girl as I would for her myself. They supply her with a place she feels safe, welcomed, and cared for. Because of this she has learned so much, gained so much confidence, and my shy girl has become such a social butterfly. There is nothing better than to hear the excitement in her voice when she shares her dat with us. Each of her teachers have gone above and beyond for her. When she first started and was nervous to interact with her peers her teachers would help "break the ice" with group play on the playground. When she would fight her naps they would rub her back until she falls asleep. When she has shown interest in learning more they have gone out to being in more materials on a subject they know she would love to learn about. When she's had days of not wanting to leave my side they have given her hugs and consoled her until she is calm and ready to start her day. I'm a "worrier" of a Mom and to know that she's in such great hands gives me tremendous peace. I could continue to go on and on about how amazing WMS is and that you should definitely send your children here, but my words can never convey how truly amazing this school and community is to us. Please take a visit, go to a open house, and I assure you'll see just how remarkable this school is too!

As a matter of fact that B was usually in ELA and sometimes just barely skimming by with that. I am so incredibly glad and thankful I turned to the amazing folks at Sylvan because they finally listened to me, structured a plan for my son and I am happy to report that he brought his grade up to an A in the fourth marking period from a C in the third marking period . If I would have let it go it would have not only affected ELA but carried into other subjects as well as material got harder. So again... Do not hesitate to seek their help! After having worked as a lead teacher Montessori Children's House located in Warminster, I love all…read moremy students and did my best as a teacher. However, I regret to say that I cannot in good conscience recommend this school. In comparison to other Montessori schools, the quality here falls short. The school operates on a very limited budget for education, resulting in a lack of essential classroom resources and a deficiency in authentic Montessori materials in the toddler class, such as practical life, math, and language materials. Instead, teachers are advised to purchase cheap supplies from dollar stores. I had to request parents to provide practical life materials like fruit and vegetables for lessons. Unfortunately, when we ran out of materials and the children were eager to engage, I found myself apologizing, explaining that we lacked these resources due to no weekly budget in the class - such situations compromise the authenticity of the Montessori approach and create challenges in delivering quality education. Moreover, the cost-cutting measures extend to the parents, who are required to provide snacks, water, and even plastic bags for the whole class on a monthly basis. The school fails to provide basic supplies like plastic bags for diaper changes, forcing teachers to borrow from each other. The frequency of fundraising events and requests for parental contributions raises questions about the allocation of funds. When it comes to safety, the school placed a much older child who frequently hurt the younger children in the toddler class. We experienced instances such as a child pushing five children consecutively on the head. Two teachers in my class reported the issue to the head of school, who responded with "I can't deal with it now, I am busy" and often shrugged off similar events. This lack of concern for the safety and well-being of the children in the school is deeply troubling. Furthermore, the hiring practices are questionable, with individuals who are not capable of working in a childcare setting or a lead teacher who doesn't have any training background in Montessori education being brought on board. Additionally, the treatment of employees is disappointing. Upon tending my resignation, the company unjustly reduced my pay rate without informing me and prematurely terminated my contract, depriving me of entitled paid holidays. In summary, it is sad to witness how this company prioritizes PROFIT over the well-being of its students and employees. Prospective parents and educators should be aware of these facts before considering this establishment.

I can't say how lucky and blessed we feel to have entered our child into such an establishment. He used to go to another, very nice, daycare, which I referred to as "supervised arts and crafts". Montessori is a way of thinking and learning that cannot be beat. I'll recommend this school again and again.
