Go to a Dentist that is individual and not part of a group. These people tell you that you need things that you don't. Get a second opinion as they can't be trusted. They claimed my son has periodontal disease and wanted $900 on top of insurance for a cleaning. He got a second opinion and they said he was lied to and needed nothing besides a standard cleaning. These are just the facts. As a patient, this is very disconcerting. My dentist stated I needed a procedure, and the Insurance company stated I did not need the procedure. Now, the dentist wants to charge me more because the Insurance company did not pay for the core build up and crown. -28 Oct 24: I go for a 6-month checkup. Dr. Gardner, whom we have trusted for a few years now, informs me I need a Crown for a cavity on tooth #12. I say, ok doc, let's do it. The admin comes in and states my portion of the cost will be 781.60. I say fine. On 18 Dec 24, I received a letter from the insurance company. It reads: "A licensed has reviewed the clinical information submitted and determined: For the following teeth and/or quads: 12. -Your plan covers core buildups or posts and cores only when needed because of substantial loss of natural tooth structure and only when performed in conjunction with an approved crown. -Your plan covers a crown, onlay or veneer on a tooth with favorable prognosis when needed to restore decayed and/or currently missing tooth structure caused by a complete fracture that cannot be restored with a routine filling and/or to treat a symptomatic tooth that has been clinically diagnosed with Cracked Tooth Syndrome. Our reviewing dentist has determined that the documentation we received doesn't support the presence of decayed and/or missing tooth structure that cannot be restored with a routine filling or documentation of symptomology or testing consistent with a clinical diagnosis of Cracked Tooth Syndrome." On 7 Jan 25 I receive a text from the dentist stating I am being billed an additional 436.10 for the work accomplished on 28 Oct 25, followed by a paper bill received on 1 Feb 25 with a statement date of 16 Jan 25. read more

Unfortunately my experience here was not good at all! I have no complaints about the way they treated me but their quality of work is not good whatsoever. I made an appointment with them to get both a flipper tooth and a retainer and they first time i went in they forgot to match the color of the tooth to the new tooth and made me come back in, we're not too bad to up to this point, Once the retainers were ready the impressions that they took were off and did not fit my teeth so they made another impression and by The next time I came in for the new retainers they tell me they lost them and that they would need to make them again. when I came back to pick up the third retainer they made, it did not fit and sent me home with an uncomfortable retainer that did not go all the way in. That same day I received the flipper tooth and it did fit not at ALL, the flipper tooth was extremely thick and uncomfortable and I could not speak or pronounce any words. Now I might not be a professional doctor or certified dentist like they are, but I am not that ignorant or dumb to know that a flipper tooth should not be this uncomfortable, and should at least go up to the roof of your mouth but when I brought this up to the doctor it just felt like they were trying to get done with me they responded with "read a book" to try and pronounce better the words and just sent me home with a fully wrong and uncomfortable flipper AND a retainer. I honestly gave this place a shot and would NOT recommend for any sort of retainer or flipper tooth work you need done. read more

Dentist (Gardner) carelessly hit my nerve during anesthesia and damaged it. It's been a year of physical therapy, neck pain, mapping and issues. I knew immediately during the procedure that he had done something wrong. When he injected the numbing medication, it felt like something exploded in my mouth and tongue. Now a year later, I still can't feel 2 1/2 teeth, the back right side of my lower gums and part of my face. I have neck pain and muscle issues. Never, ever would I recommend going here! read more

This office is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have some great technology to make your visit easier, faster and more comfortable. If you need a crown there is no waiting needed. They made me two crowns in minutes and they fit the first time with no adjustments needed. They have pretty much every dental specialty you'd need in one location (kids, orthodontists, endodontics, etc). Dr Gardner is so friendly and a great dentist. My family and I will be patients for years to come. I highly recommend them. read more

I had not been to a dentist office in over three years. Time just got away from me and the further and further I got away from my last appointment, the more nervous I grew for a dental visit. I still took pretty good care of my teeth by brushing daily and flossing periodically, but I knew scheduling a visit was long overdue. I finally buckled down and scheduled an appointment at Constitution Dental Group because the facility was close to home and brand new, so I assumed they had new & clean equipment, and let me tell you - I could NOT be happier I did! All staff members I spoke to were extremely pleasant. The dental assistant I had, Sam, was super friendly and professional, and Dr. Gardner did a great job cleaning up my teeth. Most importantly, they never once made me feel ashamed or embarrassed for not having been to a dentist in years! They cleaned up my teeth and I was on my way. I chose to get the fluoride treatment since it had been so long since my last dental visit, but it was not pushed or forced on me to make the purchase. Very, very happy with my experience there & looking forward to my next appointment in 6 months! :) read more

Do not go to this dentist! I am a military spouse and my husband is currently deployed. I've had a hard time with work this summer getting enough hours, so have had to reschedule my dentist appointment a few times, but always did so a week in advance and yet I just received a call that the DENTIST himself is canceling my appointment tomorrow- 24 notice because he is requesting I find another dentist due to all the cancellations. So rather than caring that 3 cancellations were because of him/the office changing the type of appt I was scheduled for and then him being out of town or the fact that I work full time and am the only one here to take my son to and from school because my husband is deployed, he just cancels it and screws me over because I took time off of work tomorrow for this appointment AND already had my son established there so will now have to find a new office for him as well. Next time, have a compassionate bone in your body and ask why there have been cancellations rather than just telling someone they can't be seen there. That's just so incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially giving such short notice. I would have given 0 stars if this would let me! read more

Had a new patient exam and cleaning. I was informed I needed $6,000 in crown work, as well as my wife for $4,000. Both I and my wife had insufficient cleanings which lasted 15 minutes. Our previous dentist in another state was aware of our dental needs and did not recommend spending $10,000 plus dollars for unwarranted procedures. Our previous dentist told us that lines are common and should be differentiated from cracks. Why treat us like cash cows? Finding an honest dentistry is in the works. read more

Liked the actual kids dentist but not the referred in house orthodontist. She never put gloves on and looked In my child's mouth. Comes in for like maybe 1- 1 1/2 minutes to say everything looks great and he needs a $4000 pallet expander (not including braces.) The problem was his front bottom tooth was hitting his front top tooth, so this didn't make sense. Had a second opinion and I was correct. Also every one I spoke with said that $4000 was over priced. read more

I've never been a fan of visiting the Dentist, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist did a lot of my work directly, rather than the usual poke around, joke and leave me to the assistant, that I was accustomed to. Scheduling was very easy online AND I was able to fill out the New Patient Forms online; a huge bonus for me, as I have difficulty writing in small spaces, due to arthritis. I also do not have dental insurance and their prices were not a drastic drain on my budget. read more

I don't even know where to begin. This is hands down my favorite office I've ever been too. From the moment you walk in you feel so welcome. I met with Dr. Holt and before we started with the X-rays he met with me one on one to make sure we covered any concerns I might have. After that, Samantha took over doing the X-rays and she made sure my two year old was nice and comfy waiting outside the room. Once we got into the exam room to go over the action plan Samantha kept my daughter entertained while I was talking to Dr. Holt. She gave my daughter gloves and a mask to look like a little dental assistant, it was so sweet. Once we proceeded with my cleaning she let my daughter help with the suction straw when I needed to spit. I've never seen my daughter so intrigued before. She didn't even need my phone to keep her entertained. I plan on moving my girls there from Rocky Mountain Pediatric Dentistry because I had such an outstanding and memorable experience! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. read more

Excellent Dr and staff! Went to this dental office earlier this week and received excellent care including an exam, xrays, and cleaning. Dr Gardner is very detailed and took great care of me. To be totally up front, I used to work for Dr Gardner in another office and already knew the great care he gives (that's why I was interested in getting my care done there). this dentist told me I needed extensive dental work ... 3 crowns AND root canals asap and then more " work' on most of my teeth ... Immediate cost with TWO good dental insurance plans $2000 ( and I had my full cap available on both insurances!- close to $3500) ... I left the office and got a second opinion. The insurance was billed for an exam and cleaning even though a cleaning was never performed ... It turns out that I needed only 1 root canal ( two teeth saved ) and two regular fillings ... all was covered 100% by my insurance with leftovers ... Their estimate showed several " extra" charges ... consultation for the endodontist for example is extra ... while they CAN do crowns in a few ours with their new machine ... they do not perform molar root canals and have a specialist come in ... (so you will be stuck with several appointments), they use some fancy cleaning agent in the root canal they charge extra for as well. My insurance also commented on the amount of X-rays taken on a regular visit. This place is super pricy compared to others, tries to sell expensive procedures to everyone I have talked to and even makes up charges ( like for my cleaning that never happened ) ... A root canal means killing a tooth - I do not appreciate a dentist not wanting to preserve my teeth as long as possible... read more

Their staff was phenomenal, the dentist was amazing and the Endodontics staff was so helpful and accommodating, they blew my expectations of a dental clinic out of the water! I would definitely recommend this dental group to any and everyone I know! They are a one stop shop, I was able to get my root canal and crown done all the same day within just a few hours!
