They have guided me to being a positive goal oriented person with goals that I can achieve. I have been able to heal my mind and body through meditation practices. I am truly a better person from going to Conscious Freedom. All my relationships with family and work have improved 100%. I used to react to life in a self destructive way but the way they teach meditation and breathing techniques help me to operate from the heart .
