Because of the bombardment of ads, I had no idea where to turn but Fagan Fagan and Davis was close and I went in. After speaking with Joe Fagan, he was confident and radiated years of experience along with the ability to tell it to me straight, optimistically under promise (does that make sense?) and absolutely over deliver. Going into the office, the building is unimpressive... but don't let it fool you. After speaking with Joe I realized that he is obviously in this to help good people in bad situations and because he loves it. He then did everything he could to make it happen and absolutely exceeded my expectations exponentially. Nobody is an advocate for drunk driving. It is a bad situation all around. It will be my last, and Joe Fagan is the unsung hero who made a huge difference when others were saying I was essentially screwed. Worth every penny. Mr. Pluymert was engaged to provide mediation services for a dispute involving management of a…read moretrust by primary and secondary executor. Mr. Pluymert's posture was very casual - for example he never took notes during our two hour-long meetings. As a consequence he very often failed to relay concerns and objections correctly to the executors. I received no feedback from the executors to very important questions. Thankfully I made no contribution to Mr. Pluymert's fees or expenses. Primary and secondary executor contributed 100% of the mediation cost. As a consequence, although he continually professed to represent all sides without bias, he clearly took direction from the primary and secondary executors. I found it necessary to review the difference between criminal law and civil law since he was determined to obfuscate the distinction. Just terrible!
