I would absolutely not recommend…read more I lived there for 6 months. They increased rent to over $2,000 a month for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. It is no doubt money hungry industry. There are no lights in the bedrooms or living room, so you are expected to get plug in fixtures.....the closets have lights though ‍. Upon move in, I Was told the gym was going to be renovated and upgraded...which never happened. The treadmill was out of order for my entire stay and no cleaning supplies were provided to clean gym equipment. Gross. There was a can of Lysol spray ONCE. A maintenance worker was sleeping on the floor of the computer lab the only time I used those amenities and the printer didn't work so I had to ask the receptionist if I could use their printer anyway. There's probably STILL a sidewalk light fixture tipped over and laying in the grass, and it has been since at least June 14th 2024 (when I moved in). Ultimately why I'm leaving a one star review is because I took very good care of my apartment for the short while I was there. I have No pets. I made sure it was clean when I moved out. They kept my entire deposit of $500, claiming it cost $275 to shampoo the carpets and an additional $200 for the cleaning crew, claiming the carpets were 'pretty bad'. I asked how, when I only lived there for 6 months with no pets and vacuumed etc before leaving. I was originally told it would 'only' be $175 for carpets to be shampooed and that I would receive $325 via check in the mail approximately a month after move out date. I seriously cleaned the hell out of that place once everything was moved out. Wiped out all the kitchen cabinets and drawers, wiped down all the shelves and drawers in the fridge and freezer. Cleaned out the microwave. Cleaned the mirrors and countertops in the bathroom. Wiped out the drawers and cabinets in the bathroom. Wiped down the toilets from head to toe. Swept and mopped all the hard floors. Vacuumed since there was no point in shampooing.....what a waste of time. Wish I would have taken pictures/videos of how I left it! Regardless 'it states in the lease that the deposit will be used for cleaning fees' which is apparently a judgment call on their behalf. I called today to be informed that I wouldn't be receiving my deposit back. Initial impression isn't bad and I liked the receptionists, but that is the only decent thing I have to say about this place. Not worth it.

The rent is very competitive (and usually better) compared to other apartment complexes in Casper and the Property Managers at Sunridge Apartments take take good care of their tenants as well as the property itself!! The property manager had posted notice that they would be doing pavement work in front of all of the aparments by zones marked by a printed map. The map was poorly printed and not legible. While on out of state, they contacted me via phone to tell me my vehicle would be towed. The vehicle is registered on the lease, and they clearly knew that I was the owner. I returned to the state, and could not find my vehicle on the property where they said they towed people's cars who had valid permits and did not find it. I then contacted the property manager again to find out which towing company they used and was given the wrong company and contact information. During that time the property manager left for lunch for an hour. When they arrived, they gave me the correct information to contact the towing company. I called the towing company and they said that they could not release my car for another day because they would be out of town and I would be charged for an extra day. Now, I have to pay $75 for the towing fee, three days of storage at $100 a day, and now have a loss of $511.80 for a lost day of work. The property manager knew it was a vehicle of a tennant who held an active lease and wrongfully towed it resulting in a high financial deficit.

On the day-to-day basis, they are responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. Reliable is an understatement. Even in the most urgent moments, regardless of the time, day or night, we have felt at ease. Maintenance said they'd take care of an issue when I moved in, and two and a half years later I have yet to see that issue resolved. The dumpsters are always overflowing, and when they set up a large skiff for furniture and large items to be hauled to the dump, they set the thing right smack in the middle of the parking lot. Not to mention people start using that for normal trash. Dealing with them is an inconvenience. The laundry machines are priced oddly, and the machine that recharges your card won't take $1 bills. Occasionally, there are notices about kids or people urinating in the laundry machines, and people do NOT clean up after their dogs. (Avoid walking across the grass at all costs.) The two months notice to sever a lease is a joke. However, the apartment was nice and clean, though the appliances were dated. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. For the price, I would certainly find something else. For the cost, you could rent a house with far more space. I've lived in worse places in my life, but I have also lived in far better places for cheaper. Be wary of renting from them.

Even though I sent them proof of starting services, they are charging ridiculous fees on top of fees (hundreds)... I refuse to pay false charges and im talking to talk to my attorney because they wont drop them. Absolutely appalling. Don't recommend these apartments. Seems like they just want to snatch your money. If anyone has bad experiences with them, would love to know.

The staff gave deceptive & misleading information about why my application was rejected., I didn't appreciate that. They said they couldn't charge me for screening fees until I looked at my account was charged twice. They were dishonest in their business practices as well! Not only that but unprofessional. I know our credit is not perfect, but they don't realize that Covid 19, had a profound effect on our credit. Unfortunately, we regret even applying for Granite 550, we will find an apartment with their competitors. When it comes to their reputation, it is not much better than our credit. I looked at some reviews, I found them disappointing at least, and shocking at most. Doesn't look like they treat their tenants well either. Maybe this is for the better. We are thoroughly convinced, that we made a mistake applying for this apartment, and we will not repeat this mistake again. There are better fish in the sea. If you are thinking of applying here, don't, I wouldn't recommend it. Because you may regret it!
