Rude driver - he ran a stop sign while leaving Walmart in South Florida (Lakeland) while pulling onto Imperial Blvd. He opened the bus door & started yelling at me even though he was wrong.. There are no stop signs in Imperial Blvd other than the stoplight at S Florida. He did not make a full stop at the stop sign posted at Walmart. In fact, he pretty much rolled through it as he turned right onto Imperial. read more

We had a two hour trip to Gainesville and a three hour trip back to Orlando. The driver, Yalitza, was very pleasant and accommodating. We needed to be picked up a little earlier than expected and she was there to get us. She also let the students with bathroom emergencies actually use the bathroom. We appreciate their customer service at the dispatch center and appreciate the driver. read more

Update: since the owner/ the dips*** who reply's to these reviews wants to be a smart ass let me explain to you why your company sucks and our experience. Firstly the staff you got driving these buses are unprofessional and immature. One of em was seen brining a man into his room one night. Seems unprofessional to me.(very very large man bringing a supposed hookup). Also he did not dress in proper attire. Let's continue I called ur number and pressed 4 for the safety line and they gave the excuse they are stressed... about what we are a company that serves individuals with disabilities and the cherry on top y'all said we were being mean. Secondly the 2nd bus we had broke down and was not able to be used returning home from Tennessee making 60+ ppl cram into one bus. The sealing were the escape hatch was has a leak and leaked rain everytime in rained. The bathroom on the bus overflowed and caused water to come into the bus as well. I can't say enough about how happy I was with our service from Connexxions Bus. We scheduled buses to carry our 168 people arriving on three different flights into MCO and on to Disney Resorts for a high school band trip. The staff was very pleasant to work with, and we had a few schedule changes since the airline kept modifying our itinerary, including a last minute delay for our last flight home, where we asked Connexxions to change the pickup schedule on the fly. It took some doing, but they worked magic so our kids could chill by the pool instead of at the airport for a few extra hours! As a 2nd Grade teacher, we used this company for our class field trip to Sea World. Not only were they prompt and courteous, but the bus was clean and comfortable for the 2hr ride. The bus driver, William was patient, helpful and caring to our needs. He kept all of us safe with his excellent driving down crazy I-4 with all of the construction. When returning to school, I had left my cell phone on the bus by accident. I called the bus company and spoke with Rolando, the company president. He was extremely helpful and reassuring that he would overnight my phone no charge. He instructed me how to protect my phone as well as kept me informed with a tracking number to ensure that I received my cell phone safely. He even charged the phone so I could track it. He was very down to earth, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a professional, comfortable service. read more
