I booked a session with Jaci, as part of this journey I am on to find my way forward, in life and in spirituality. Life turned upside down for me a few years ago. A period of medical issues and major life changes left me reeling, lonely and insecure. As I come out of that, after all this time and all of these experiences, I am trying to believe that there is still a purpose and place for me, in a world which seems hostile and terrifying to me. I'm finding it harder to figure out than I had thought it would be. I have always been fascinated by the "unseen" and I believe that we are all made up of a collective energy. So, Jaci's work resonates with me. And, after my experience, I can say 100% that she's the real thing. She's also very warm, kind and down to earth, like speaking to a friend. I had never had a full medium session, so I was looking forward to it, even though I didn't know exactly what to expect. It seems my guides had a lot to say, but the focus wasn't exactly as I expected. To be honest, I got annoyed with them when the topics seemed to be about a relationship that I didn't want to talk about and a seeming push towards going back to the same tired work I used to do. It's what messages she was receiving. I was hoping that they would tell me that all I have gone through has prepared me for a much greater purpose and what that is to be, but they didn't, at least, not that day. Our session flowed easily and everything came through in a loving way and I hung up feeling like I understood next steps to take. I am truly grateful for the experience! Here's the piece that I didn't expect. If you don't believe that there is a huge amount of energy involved in this, not true. A few minutes later, I began sobbing like I hadn't done in a long time. And I got very angry with my guides and very defensive! I actually cried and swore in frustration, on and off for hours. Jaci was very responsive and reassuring when I texted her to tell her how I was feeling. In the morning, I read her texts again, and she even followed up that morning. I realized that the information being presented during our session evoked feelings in me and negative beliefs about myself that go way back to childhood. It felt like criticism of the choices that I have made and my innate abilities to be successful. It made sense to me that messages from loved ones which evoke a defense mechanism in me on Earth, had the same effect I guess. I was able to see that I still carry a lot of limiting beliefs about myself and that, this is just where the energy is right now. The message is clear that, it's definitely not that I don't have the capability to do greater things with my life. It's that the road to those things starts with what I have. I have been working with frequently Jaci for 2 years and I don't know how to sum up everything she has done for me in a yelp review. I do all services that she offers, nutrition response testing, heart walls and trapped emotions, aroma acupoint therapy, and sound and vibrational therapy depending on the session she customizes it to exactly what you need. When I first met her I was very unwell, I had a lot of health problems my doctors had advised me to stop working out and told me I'd eventually need to move somewhere where I would do less walking. I was always in pain, bloated, and had an unbalanced relationship with food and I was dissatisfied with my physical appearance which my declining health had taken a toll on. I struggled to feel that I was enough and to feel loved. Jaci muscle tested me to discovered the root causes of these symptoms, she help me understand which foods my body could and could not tolerate put me on supplements to help my body function properly. She helped me work through the loss of a family member, in a medium session, whom I was a full time caregiver to which lifted so much guilt from my heavy heart. She work with me through heartbreaks - old and new, personal trauma, and my day to day troubles. Fast forward to today, I'm doing yoga, CrossFit, and cycling, I eat (mostly) healthy food when I'm hungry and have learned to listen to my body and not be so hard on myself. I've lost weight and I feel so much better and I don't bloat when I stick to my regimen. I've found my own voice and am much better at advocating and trusting myself and the universe. Now she is helping me to achieve my goal to be debt free. I still have work to do and know I always will but I'm happier and I'm learning to enjoy the journey. I've had some rough days in the past few years and she has an amazing ability to know when she is needed, on several occasions she has texted to find out how I'm doing while in the mindset of a private crisis. I have only had two, over-the-phone sessions with Jaci (so far) and they have been by far the most life-altering experiences for me. Almost a year ago my "shit" caught up with me and I had no control over it. I entered the darkest days of my life and refused to sedate myself, and searched for an alternative to outdated psychotherapy practices. Before finding Jaci I tried some other methods, of which, a) didn't help they way I hoped, b) weren't covered by insurance, costing me a pretty penny. Then I came across this very yelp profile and took my chances. What happened in my 2 sessions with Jaci can be best described as magic - she walked me through my garbage and she ultimately allowed me to believe there was a way out of the darkness. This in and of itself was a feat I had nearly given up and didn't think I would EVER encounter. Jaci does energy healing work in a way I like to describe as physio-spiritual way, scanning the body and spirit. Jaci is relatively inexpensive for the services she offers, and she is GENUINE. There is no salesmanship in her model and her goal is to ultimately have you thrive on your own. Jaci is AMAZING and I am now a believer in what she does. Let me start by saying I am a HUGE skeptic when it comes to mediums or any sort of Kinesiology type intervention. I've had readings/sessions in the past that have been disappointing and a waste of money. My grandmother passed away last year, and I set up a session for my mom with Jaci and I was able to attend as well. My mom had been struggling with unanswered questions and was able to receive closure and peace in these areas. Jaci was not only able to communicate messages to my mom, but to each of my mom's siblings as well. I then had a session with Jaci to see what other services she offers. We did nutrition response testing and was floored with some of the things I have been holding onto that I had no idea were even there. Like the session with my mom, she revealed things that I don't share with others that only someone who is truly the "real deal" knows about. Jaci is easy to talk to and I felt comfortable sharing all aspects of my life with her.
