They actually take the time to evaluate you. They did full X-rays, went over my spine in detail, explained everything in a way that made sense, and created a custom plan just for me. No guessing. No generic adjustments. And once you're through the initial appointments, they've got their system down. It's efficient, respectful of your time, and you're in and out -- because we all have lives to get back to. My only wish? That they'd expand their hours. Being open just 3 1/2 days makes it tough for my daughter and husband to get in. I've been seeing Dr. Stephen and Dr. Jill for 5 years and I truly can't imagine going anywhere else. Not only do I receive care, but my child does as well, that alone should say how much I trust them! They are gentle, knowledgeable and always take the time to explain everything. Steven and his crew are EXCELLENT!! They are so KNOWLEDGEABLE and their customer service is awesome! I've been in CHRONIC PAIN probably since football days, and Steven was able to work with me OVER TIME and really make a LASTING IMPACT. I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT change and IMPROVEMENT in my pain and ability to sleep. I'm VERY HAPPY with my care!! In tonight's latest saga of how Connected Chiropractic scammed me, they charged me double what they should have for Amelia's care plan and I have it in black and white. Have updated my chargeback with my bank to reflect this new knowledge. I have also filed a formal grievance with insurance. This is all in addition to them not rescheduling visits I had already paid for (also have this in writing), as well as telling me insurance wouldn't pay any additional and I had to pay cash price upfront, even though i had additional insurance benefits remaining... I'm now using those benefits at another chiropractic office no problem, and not being charged up front for care not received. I'm supposed to go in in person tomorrow but i have no interest in hearing them try to justify stealing. read more

Very pushy. They didn't take my kids ins but said if a parent sign up they are half off. Sounded very good but after 1st apts and $800 paid for xrays and apts they went Stright into they need to be seen3 times a week. They got mad when i said i need to think about it. I told the dr I didn't appreciate his staff pushing me when I haven't been able to look at dates and think about it he said I trained them to push people we need to get patients in here. He asked me how he could fix it i said don't push people. After that we never went back, and we are out a lot of money. They are all about money there. read more

Beware if you're not looking to make a long term commitment. I was just looking for a place to get a quick adjustment for the day. Should have trusted my intuition telling me this wasn't the right place, but went ahead and scheduled an appointment anyhow. Upon arrival they made sure I crossed all my t's and dotted my i's before anyone spoke with me. This was the first time I asked, "What kind of commitment are y'all looking for?" and I was told a specialist would better be able to assess what plan best fit my blah blah f*ck I shoulda known then. They also got my insurance card to verify if they are in network. Too bad they didn't bother to tell me they are not, until after the sales pitch that was to come. After waiting for them to store my personal information in their "encrypted database" the same nice lady who collected my info showed me around the place. It is a fairly well maintained and updated facility. Kudos on that. Their claims that chiropractic care has cured everything from asthma to impotency had me rolling my eyes in my head a bit. And they sure are proud of the work they do on babies. But what do I know, I'm no chiropractor. The nice lady would bring me to a room akin to an elementary school nurses room. It was here she would leave me to await the sales pitch that was to come. After waiting for a minute on a bench in this walk in closet with posters on the wall, the specialist came through. I'm not sure if she was a chiropractic specialist, maybe their sales specialist? In any case... she proceeded to go through my history of aches and pains with me. An extensive history for a first timer who'd never done this and was looking to test the waters. After pouring my heart out to the pour gal, she proceeded into the sales pitch. A pretty well rehearsed 15 minute speech on the miracle medical practice. Again the claims that chiropractic adjustments could cure nearly any ailment had me a bit speechless. I was ready to get my first adjustment on this day. I was not however, ready to join the cult of chiropractic care. After asking for what must have been the third or fourth time what kind of commitment this place was looking for, and after being told that AFTER I put on this gown and get my intake evaluation done and blah blah blah I said enough. I apologized for wasting the nice ladies time, while in my head I thanked her for wasting mine. I made clear I didn't intend on needing their service and politely asked if there was any reason they would need to keep the paperwork she was holding, with all of my personal information on it. She assured me I could have my paperwork back, after she made copies, and after she uploaded the info into their "encrypted" database. A process of action I think she failed to understand undermined the entire point of me asking for my f*cking paperwork back. I wasn't gonna fight with the lady over some info I'm sure cost pennies on the dark web these days anyhow. So I thanked her kindly again before I departed. Nice folks, with a passion for chiropractic care akin to a Scientologists dedication to the fundamental of Dianetics. Just not my cup of tea. If you don't feel like needlessly spreading your personal info in an attempt to get an adjustment in a day, don't come here. You've been forewarned. Nice folks and with their sales pitch I signed up for the "symptomatic "plan. Basically 4 months of "adjustments" and while I continue to explain there was no improvement, I was told it takes time and the adjustment were opening the nerves and could sometimes cause pain. Ok call me gullible, but finally after 3 months I said no more adjustments until an MRI was completed. Once the MRI results we received they realize there was no more they could do. So basically I wasted 3 months of adjustments (and they're not cheap) out of pocket for the MRI just to be told they couldn't help anymore. Would not recommend. read more

Went in and had a evaluation and they told me after that they don't accept my insurance I'm not someone to have a lot of money and it would've saved me time and money if they could tell me when I handed them my insurance they don't accept it not a hour later.
