This is the 3rd time I have listed a property with the help of Congress Realty. I love that I was able to stay on top of the property as a seller, but was able to get the help I needed from this flat list broker. They SAVED me so much money. I was liquidating my rentals, and was nervous with the first one - they answered all my questions. They made things simple. I had my properties on the MLS and realtors were happy to show my property. WILL USE THEM AGAIN. read more

Congress makes the whole selling process so easy and saves us money. The site is easy to navigate, the support team is always helpful and the price is right. They work easily with other realtors so it really is seamless. read more

This is a fantastic service that saves you a ton of money. I've been a real estate investor for 20 years, and have just recently started to sell off my rentals. I just completed my second sale with Congress Realty, and I am very pleased with their service, ease of use of their website, the features, and support. They make it as easy as they can for non-Realtors to learn how to sell their home. I'd suggest doing this rather than listing your home, because you will learn a lot more this way, and at the same time save money. read more

Get on the MLS cheap! This service provided by Congress Realty was amazing. I got my house listed on the MLS for a small fee and they were available for more services if needed. I started in FSBO dot com website which referred me to Congress as the local affiliate, but I think I could have save $100 just using Congress directly. (Also, listing on FSBO dot com created a lot of spam calls and worse.). Just use Congress service directly. Their web portal makes it super easy to upload photos and change photos and listing details/price. I highly recommending trying them before using any other listing agents and see if they serve your needs since it is risk free. read more

Very responsive, helped me get my house sold for a fraction of the cost, compared to traditional Real Estate companies. Sent the correct Forms and sign for yard. I'm a retired Broker and this company was so great if I ever need to sell again, I will list with them! read more

I think this is such a great option and I'm so happy to have found them. They make it really easy and they don't just leave you hanging. I worked with Jared there and he went above and beyond for me with a buyer trying to get out of paying what they agreed to in the contract and he didn't have to do that. Their options are great and priced well. I would love to use Congress again!!!! read more

Congress Realty lived up to its stellar reputation. Andrew English made himself available to us throughout the entire process and was professional through and through. I highly recommend going this route; we showed the house in Marana AZ ourselves, had an offer within six days and Andrew did the rest. Saved about $10k. Do it, you won't be sorry. TD read more

smooth transaction, Congress provided what they said they would. I am very pleased with how professional they are.

Great service from Congress Realty, our second home sold through Andrew, as always responsive to our needs, would always get back to us quickly when we had a request. The best possible way to sell a home if you have some skills in handling a home sale. We highly recommend them!!! read more

Our friend told us about Congress Realty when we were ready to sell our parents home. From our first phone call we were so happy with their help and guidance. We were able to sell and close quickly. They are so quick to respond and answer our questions. read more

Congress Realty provides a wonderful service at a fraction of the cost. I'm planning on using the services again in the future. Easy to use platform, marketed on MLS, email notifications of the offers received, full document preparation service available. Thank you! read more

I love people and I love homes. I just didn't know any realtors and who doesn't like to save money? We have used Congress Realty to sell 2 homes for us. They listed our homes for a small fee on the MLS. You can add a yard sigh and a lock box for an additional small fee. They are there to answer any questions and help with pricing. We saved almost 3 percent using them and when dealing with big numbers that is a big savings. If your familiar with selling homes and want to do it yourself give them a call and save some money! read more

Choosing Congress Realty to sell my house was the best decision I could have made. I chose the Full Service package to make sure all the paperwork and negotiations were handled correctly and in a timely manner. Andrew provided top notch responses and advice quickly and was professional throughout. I had over 10 showings in the first 4 days and by the end of the week, I had 2 offers. My house closed in 36 days and using Congress, I was able to pocket several thousands dollars more than doing it the traditional way. Thank you Congress for the great experience! read more

Andrew with Congress Realty made the process of selling our Northshore Louisiana home 'by owner' so much simpler. We were able to get onto the MLS - which is when showings really heated up - and he very competently helped us to submit the proper closing documents to Congress. Along the way, any questions we had were quickly answered, and the whole process was easily managed online. My husband and I heartily recommend Andrew and Congress Realty. Don't hesitate to pay a nominal fee in order to increase exposure if you are a FSBO seller! read more

Congress Realty has been a great way to sell our homes! We have utilized their expertise for 4 homes and have not been disappointed in their support. We would not hesitate referring anyone who wants to save money when listing their home! read more

This was the first time we have used a flat fee service and we are very pleased with the service they provide. The house sold quickly and we saved thousands on real estate commission. Congress made the process easy with step by step instructions. They are also super responsive to questions and emails. I can't imagine selling any other way! read more

I used Congress Realty for the first time last month, I do highly recommend them. They did everything they promised to for my Sale and were readily available when needed. My property sold very quickly and to a solid buyer. I chose to pay the buyer's Agent a 2% commission. Congress ensured I was listed on all the different sites ( at least 7 different sites, but maybe there were more)... Additionally, very firendly and professional Team at Congress. read more

All you really need is the MLS listing and an easy-to-use app to post your listing. I used Congress Realty nine years ago and was very satisfied. They answered questions and gave clear directions. It was actually much easier than dealing with a listing agent. Buyers/agents called me directly and I could set my appointments without phone tag. I used a lockbox from Home Depot. I didn't have to spend time educating an agent when I could just tell potential buyers the answers to their questions. Photos were simple to take and writing the description of the property was easy. I saved one half the commission, and it sold in two weeks in a down market. Congress Realty will help with pricing and comps, but you should use Zillow and Realtor to educate yourself. If you work with buying agents, give them the space to do their job. Don't be around for showings, unless you are working directly with a buyer. The title company did all the real work. IT IS MUCH EASIER THAN YOU THINK TO SELL ON YOUR OWN. read more

Andrew's website/flat fee service is outstanding. The seller has access to his or her mls file and can make changes as needed. Mr. English is very cooperative and helpful. He uploaded extra documents for me for realtors to see in my file. He completely outdoes the competition! read more

Andrew English is a real estate genius! He helped us sell two homes in Texas very quickly. I've recently passed along his name to a close friend who wants to sell, and it made me realize how thankful I was for Andrew 4 years ago. read more

We just sold our vacation home with Congress Realty! The customer service was fabulous! Our 2nd home is in the Cascade foothills with 7-8 real estate offices, yet this was the THIRD time in 15 years we'd tried to sell. We really needed to sell, and figured I was smart enough to handle this with Jared's support at Congress - and I did! Listing with MLS and several on-line websites made the difference - and Congress did all that for me; I submitted the text and the pictures. Their website is extremely helpful and jammed with state-specific forms and guidance. I did check out all the 'sell yourself' businesses and am SO GLAD I picked Congress Realty! You do have to do all the work as the agent, but if you have the time and the common-sense - YOU CAN DO IT TOO - and save THOUSANDS of $$$!!! read more

Excellent experience. Great automation and great user interface. I've used a flat fee MLS service before and this one was by far superior. I would definitely recommend Congress Realty. read more

If you can answer your phone and open your front door you can and should use Congress Realty to list your home on the MLS!!! With the internet your house sells itself don't pay crazy commissions to an agent that doesn't even show your house unless you're having an open house. Think about every time you went to look at houses your realtor showed the property not the sellers realtor. read more

Great service. I buy and sell a lot of homes, and I am licensed so I usually list my own properties. I used this company to list a property in a different county where I do not have access to the MLS, and it worked perfectly. Buyers and/or their agents called me directly, so was able to negotiate with them directly and ultimately was able to sell the house without paying a listing commission. The flat fee is very reasonable and their customer service is great. They were very responsive to any emails or calls (even on weekends). I would highly recommend this service and I 100% will be using them again. read more

Andrew English sold our house and really surprised me with his diligence, friendliness and availablility. He was super responsive to our needs and while he had to deal with a troublesome situation on the buyer's side, he maintained calm reason throughout. He save us a bunch of money and we never felt we had made a mistake in terms of the quality of expertise or the hours of service we received., given that we paid a discount rate. He helped me fend off an aggressive buyer who kept making petty demands and he never blinked, and we closed on time. He knows his business! read more

I had an excellent experience with Congress and will 100% use them next time I sell. This is a pretty straightforward service; they put my house on the MLS and it basically sold itself because all the agents could find it. I had a For Sale sign outside and did some marketing on my own (Craigslist, etc.), but 9 out of 10 of phone calls were from agents. I have sold houses before and did not need much help to begin with, but at the same time had no problem reaching someone on the phone or via email throughout the listing for the rare occasion that I needed something. read more

We have utilized Congress Realty's services twice, and worked with Mr. Donnie Plunkett both times. The first time we were selling our home, and wanted to keep as much of the proceeds in our pocket as possible, so we utilized Donnie's services to help us with getting the property on the MLS, reviewing offers, paperwork, responses and the overall process. It was a difficult process due to some challenges that came up with the buyer's financing, but we got through it with Donnie's sound advice and it all worked out! We saved so much money by not having full Realtor representation. Because of this, we were able to avoid a loss on a home we had to sell not long after purchasing it. The second time Donnie helped to represent us as buyers. We appreciated that this allowed our offer to be much stronger to the seller. Donnie is extremely knowledgeable and professional and offers very sound advice. What I appreciate most about him is that he always picks up the phone when we call, and is very responsive. We would definitely use his services again if we have the need in the future. read more

I just closed on my house today!!! I'm so happy that I used Congress Realty, I couldn't be happier with their service. I had some doubts and was a little skeptical because of a review written on yelp by Elizabeth S. However, I picked up the phone and talked to Andrew and he walked me through all of my concerns. Selling my house was a piece of cake using his services! My house initially sold in less than 48 hours. Unfortunately that loan fell through as the buyers were unable to secure financing. I re-listed it AT A HIGHER PRICE and had it resold in approximately 2 weeks and then got above asking! I saved $7,000 by using this service and the headaches of doing it myself were none. I've used real estate agents in the past and all they are is a middle man. YOU still have to fill out the forms, YOU still have to make arrangements for inspection, appraisal survey, etc.... and YOU still ultimately are in charge of negotiations. It has been my experience that real estate agents will get you to take a lower offer just so that they can get their check quickly. Do yourself a favor and keep your money in your pocket. Don't pay someone so much money for doing such little work. Andrew was great throughout the process. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable. 5 stars all the way! read more

I posted my Home on Zillow about 5 weeks ago & decided to list with an online Broker...I selected a cheap broker to list with & was very disappointed with the communication process...Finally after 8 days and still not listed I cancelled. They returned my money & I selected CONGRESS REALTY another online broker...Took about 4 days total and Bingo...I was posted on the GLVAR in Las Vegas/Henderson...Could have been quicker but for my own ineptness...Andrew, the broker, co-owner was quick, responsive and was even reachable by phone...I've made several updates since listing about a week ago and the additions/changes was very rapidly accommodated ...I am very happy to have chosen Congress Realty...Robert S. Smith...Henderson, NV read more

You know the old saying in real estate, "Location, location, location." As my adobe home was located in a rural area, I knew it would be a difficult sale. I listed with each and every broker in the small community at one time or the other. I did not receive the service and response that I felt was necessary to sell the home. This is not a reflection of the agents but, most likely due to this being a second job for the agents. I choose to list with Congress Realty to not only save on the listing fee but to also have control of the selling process. Due to the rural environment, I changed the fee numerous times in an attempt to find ways to motivate selling agents to show the unique home. I sold my home last week for basically asking price. During the sale process, I was able to be more involved in the give-and-take to make the sale price fair price to all. The listing process and necessary listing changes on the site were straight forward an easy. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Andrew English at Congress Realty was ALWAYS responsive and provided thorough information to help me along from the beginning of the listing to conclusion of the sale. I will never list a home the normal route again. read more

Congress Realty was very helpful the staff is great! They are there to help all the way through. The staff is very professional, I highly recommend Congress Realty! The real estate process can get tricky at times so for those of you who have no knowledge sometimes it is better to contract a local real estate agent to handle your transaction. There are things you can miss and better negotiate if you are seasoned in the field of real estate. I just went through it lol. If your thinking of doing a FSBO then Congress Realty is who I'd go with! read more

These guys are great- I needed an MLS listing fast, and competing services needed several days- Congress Realty had my MLS listing up the same day! Andrew English was very responsive, that it was lest expensive than Owners.com and others was icing on the cake. Thanks! read more

Andrew at Congress Realty is a true professional. We listed our home and had multiple offers the first few days and our house under contract within the week. Andrew is bar far the most knowledgeable and responsive realtor I have ever dealt with. He helped us navigate through the entire home selling process for only 1/2 of 1 percent commission a savings over $7000 of what we would have normally paid! If you are looking to save money when selling your home and looking for realtor with a wealth of knowledge negotiating contracts I would recommend Andrew English at Congress Realty. read more

Amazing experience. I had hesitated to list because I was overwhelmed, but Andrew made it easy. I purchased the bottom package but got top service. I wish I had purchased the deluxe MLS listing just because he would have gladly talked to the realtors for me and reviewed all contracts and negotiations. Now that I've closed, I wish I would have done the next level package. I always had a choice! Andrew never once hard sold me anything and showed respect at every turn. I also wish I had used Andrew to locate a home because I would have gotten a little cash back, and I know I would have gotten the best customer service. 5 stars across the board. In the future, I'll only work with Andrew. read more

Full service listing agents are not worth the money. I can see buyer's agents getting 3%, but all you have to do is put your listing on the MLS and all the potential agents can see it. All that "advertising" and "promoting" by listing agents doesn't do anything but help them get clients. I'll gladly do a little extra work to make an extra $15,000 every time I sell a home. And if I do have a question, they're always there to help. read more

Back to write another review. I just closed on another home using Congress Realty again. This is my second time using Congress Realty and working with Donnie. Donnie is one of the most knowledgeable real estate brokers out there today, he kept me inform throughout the whole transaction and provided great advice to benefit me. This transaction took a little longer because the buyers were not performing as expected, but with Donnie's guidance we were able to close on this deal for top dollar on my home. Thanks again Donnie! read more

Terrible service, terrible attitude. He actually called me rude when I called him complaining that after 5 weeks my house listing was still not working correctly and I had an agent and a buyer come to my door for a showing that I knew nothing about. Which I guess is better than the showings that I never had because Book A Showing was never working correctly. If you know anything about Real Estate, you know the first few weeks are critical! Then, after agreeing to refund my money and cancel my listing, he told me he would be talking to the other Flat Fee services. That sounds like some kind of threat and a violation of the Realtor's Code Of Ethics to me. There are other, same cost options!! read more

I worked with Andrew English in selling my Henderson, NV home. He was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend Congress Realty for their real estate services. Andrew is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and diligent with his work and he really stepped up to make this deal happen. I was involved in a long, dragged-out, frustrating, 3 1/2 month contract with all the delays and problems coming from the buyer's end. There was a lot of back-and-forth negotiating throughout this deal and I'm really glad I choose the full service option....well worth it! In the end after the dust settled and the deal finally closed, I saved over $6K in commissions (assuming traditional 6% commissions paid by the seller). If you are going to sell your home and enjoy saving large amounts of money then you NEED to use Congress Realty. read more

Great way to save thousands in commissions & at the same time learn the real estate profession. Congress is always there to help you as best as they can if you decide to negotiate on your own or better yet, use them in the beginning while learning the ropes.
