(I will let you do the math.) The grounds are always manicured and clean. They have a recycling dumpster to put papers and magazines and I have been using it when I'm on this side of town for the last 20 years. I have not had any problems and their is always room for my papers. The dumpster is in the back of the parking lot up against private homes. The dogs come to the fence to greet me with barking but they are not threatening. When dropping off at night I think the owners would come out because of the barking, but they don't. I am happy to give them the benefit of my donation because it brings back childhood memories of those good old days.

The food pantry helps hundreds of local families and it happens to be a drive through, with high quality food that you would buy at a local HEB or Kroger. The pastor and his wife have a heart, showing it is better to give. Somehow, after years of barely making it, God provided a miracle and gave this wonderful couple this church. They are wonderful people who deserve goodness and you won't be disappointed when you come. Welcome Home Texas, to one of the greatest churches I have gone to yet. Anyways, I attended this Church for the 1st time two weeks ago. HOLY COW! I walked in this building and on the very first worship song I felt the Holy Spirit in this place so strongly that I began to weep uncontrollably. Then the Associate Pastor ( I think ) got up there and delivered the perfect end of the year message. I couldn't wait to go back and see if this was a one off or really real. So I attended the very next Sunday and it was equally as good as the Sunday before. The worship was once again amazing then the Lead Pastor, once again got up there delivered the perfect message on stating the year off right. 3:20 my friend. I have never decided to join a church so quick in my life. I've signed up for the membership class and I can't wait to start serving in some capacity. This Church was all over social media. Instagram to be exact. A few of my friend's attend here as…read morewell, I was not scheduled to serve at my Church so, Freedom Church here I come. Here's what I discovered. There are a few parking spaces in the front of the Church. They have a huge parking lot in the back. You can enter in the front or the back. They have Greeters to greet you. I was greeted by the a young girl from the Youth Ministry and immediately by another woman in the Church! The Sanctuary is surprisingly large! It has pretty colorful glass stained windows. Media Team is right behind the last row in the center of the Church. People like to stay together. They keep to themselves and with their family. Also, the camera is always moving and a Photographer is always looking for a good shot. So, if you don't like pics this can be awkward. Their Worship Team is incredible! They have a great sound system! Linda has great voice, very professional. Another Worship Pastor resembled, Sterling K. Brown and had the voice of the lead singer from Third Day! Lol. The Pastor was humble with a good sense of humor. His sermon was short and simple. Gotta love those! Service is like an hour and fifteen minutes. The members here have a lot of Church Spirit. It's easy to leave the Church without any traffic and it's nestled in a small neighborhood with cute little houses that have so much character. When, I see Freedom Church I think, of the Worship Song from Jesus Culture, Where the Spirit of the Lord their is Freedom and the late George Michael's song, Freedom. Lol. I just gave away my age but, who cares. I'm old fart and I know it. Lol!.. If you live in the area and your looking for a Church nearby. You may like this one.
