Spent alot to furnish a new propoerty in La Zenia thought it best to order from the one store - conforama.es but it wasnt, all items were from other stores and Conforama just stock them, then those stores all use different courier companies. Two items never arrived one I got a refund for and one they never refunded me for even though it was returned to them. SO I would never buy from this company again. read more

Don't make any purchases here. We bought a lot at the La Zenia location and they don't guarantee their products at all. Our mattress was delivered yesterday, we found it to be too small. We came back to swap it for a bigger size and they won't take it back. We've spent a few thousand euros here just this week but won't be spending a single cent after this. What company doesn't have a satisfaction guarantee even for a couple days? We've had it less than 24 hours. The prices are cheap, but it's not worth the money and the risk. read more

Bought large sofa bed, leather began to fall off the surface, store refused to honour gaurentee.staff unhelpful.

Tried to order furniture seen in the Malaga store. No stock, no staff and no answer on the telephone.

Like the previous complaint we have spent thousands of euros with conforama but I feel all their staff need to go on a customer care course and also a course on computer skills as they don't appear to understand stock location within their own company. I wanted to purchase a bed to match one that I had already bought and four different members of staff gave me a different story relating to if they had stock, where that stock was, can the stock be transferred to the local store, to eventually being told that this product is no longer available !! so I went on the internet and asked the question there and was told there was stock in Benidorm but they too refused to help me access the stock.....so we are now driving all the way to Benidorm from La Zenia not knowing if when we get there the stock actually exists !! what a sham of a company do they want to sell their furniture or not !! read more
