Shout out to Jose, Gerardo, and David who I've had in the past. Today, after booking a same day appointment, I was met with a pleasant surprise. About midway through my haircut, I found out that the barber cutting my hair was actually the owner, Jorge. I'd seen him around plenty of times but never knew he was the one running the shop.
