Eric has been cutting my hair and my husband's hair for 2 1/2 years. We have been very happy with his services and his prices. My husband has very difficult hair to cut as it grows in different directions and most stylists are not able to consistently give him a quality haircut. With Eric, he gets a high-quality haircut every time. I have long hair that is very straight and fine. I like to trim my hair every four months or so to keep it healthy. Eric is the first stylist I found who will actually take off only 1/2of an inch when I say "please only take off 1/2 of an inch." Stylist after stylist for years would say that's what they would do, and two or 3 inches of hair later, I don't go back. Eric is also really great with how he layers my hair. Because my hair is so straight and smooth it needs to have some layers, but I don't want it all chopped up. If my hair isn't cut right it sticks out like a sore thumb. Well I think Eric needs an updated and current review. After confirming my appointment three times, he questioned why I was there. Then he realized he did schedule me, and I even asked him if he had time to take me, as he was clearly checked out for the day telling me he needed to go prep for a procedure the next day. Well I trusted him like I had for years... and what I got was horrendous. My hair looks like I gave a teenager some scissors and said give me layers. The thing is I did not ask for layers, I asked for a trim/cleanup, and asked for the framing around my face be tidied up. What I got was a fat chunk of hair cut on the right side. Absolutely no blending between the layers and now I look like I have a girl mullet. I reached out numerous times and after he finally realized who I was and what he did he apologized. But I don't feel he truly cared as I have been in tears for 2 days, and he won't even squeeze me in to try to fix it. He did refund my payment and tip, but that does not fix the horrible haircut I have to live with for a few months before I can grow it out enough to fix it. I am absolutely mortified read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. The first time I had an appointment scheduled with Eric, he messaged me 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel claiming he had car troubles (I live 30 minutes away and was already outside the salon). I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. He showed up 20 minutes late to the follow up appointment (again, with 5 minutes notice). I was happy with the haircut so I decided to book another appointment with him 6 months later. Due to his poor track record, after scheduling through the portal, I reached out to him through text message and he confirmed the appointment. The day of, I reached out again but received no reply. When I arrived for my appointment, he was already working on 2 other clients and completely ignored me for 40 minutes. When he finally acknowledged me, he claimed the portal had a glitch and didn't have me on his schedule, despite me receiving multiple confirmation texts and emails from the software and him personally. It's safe to say I will not be returning for a fourth round of disappointment. read more

He spends the time needed, listening and asking questions about what you want and creates a masterpiece every time.
