They go above and beyond standard chiropractic care and offer services in several areas of health and wellness to keep you moving. Dr. Kyle helped me through several injuries from which I recovered very quickly with weekly adjustments, active release (ART), soft tissue work, Graston technique as well as showing me stretching and rehab exercises I could do on my own. I had shoulder impingement, back pain and a partially torn calf muscle all of which are completely healed and pain free now, after only a few weeks of treatment. Being a competitive CrossFit athlete, a volleyball coach and a personal trainer, being healthy is extremely important for my livelihood. I can't thank Dr. Kyle enough and I highly recommend Coulee Health. Go check them out, your body will thank you!

When at Foundations you truly feel like family. They take the time to actually get to know you and truly listen to your concerns when it comes to your health. I've never felt more heard, respected, and comfortable. Thank you Dr. Sam, Dr. Kyle, and team for providing so many families with this level of care. You truly are Miracle Workers!!

All I know is that I was afraid to go unless for an injury and then I would go a few times, heal a bit, and not go again until I was hurt. Well, I met Dr. Paul and that all changed. He made some great points about how I take great care of my teeth, why don't I take care of my spine? (he said a lot more than that but that really stuck with me) Hmm made me think a bit and then I signed up for regular adjustments with Dr. Paul. I only get one spine, might as well do everything that I can to keep it healthy. I have been a patient for about 5 months now and I can tell you that I feel absolutely great. I get my adjustments and do my exercises when I remember. I have recently started running again and doing strength training. I can tell you that my recovery from workouts is way better compared to before I went to the chiro. I have more energy. I am sleeping better. I no longer get tingling hands while sleeping. I no longer have hip pain. My shoulders aren't at tight and sore at end of day. I feel taller - even though I know I am still a short 5'3. So - hear it from me, take care of yourself! Not only will you reap the benefits now, you will reap them your entire life. I wish that I would have started sooner. There is a little bit of "work" that needs to be undone, but it's not as bad as it could have been 5 years from now.
