The guys at Canyon State went above and beyond for us with our HVAC issue…read more We had multiple companies come out to inspect our unit, and no one could figure out what was causing the weird smell. Every single one recommended we replace the entire system, which would have cost us around $10,000 or more. I called Nathan, and he had his crew out the same day. They thoroughly inspected everything and actually found the issue no one else could. They replaced the faulty part on the spot and completely resolved the problem. Highly recommend them, they're true professionals who care about solving the real problem.

The last phone call had a discount attached for the inconvenience and lack of professionalism, yet still a "no show". If the landscaper was unable to make it, a phone call was in order. I think my parents were treated with no regard for their time and their needs. I see this a lot in areas with a high concentration of retirees. My advice to Speedy Services, treat your customers time with respect, honor your commitments and do quality work. To leave older people awaiting a 6am appointment and not show up 3 times is unacceptable. I cannot rate this business based on their actual work as they never showed up to do it. However, if their behavior is any indication than I am sure my rating would not have varied.
