The owner/operators are very knowledgeable and helpful. Over the past few years they have installed 4 heavy/sturdy security screen doors all around my house. It takes a few weeks for custom doors to be made but trust me when I say that they are worth the wait. I can rest easy now knowing that my family and home are safe and secure even when I'm not home. It used to be run by Maria and Joe but now their son Joseph has taken over and handles everything. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed. So I called and left a message for them since I wanted a couple of windows barred and both my patio sliding doors also. No call back. After about a week, I called them and spoke to a receptionist. I stated I'd like to schedule a quote. She asks what would I like done then states a ballpark price for one sliding door (no acknowledgment or apologies that I didn't receive a call back, no offer to come measure, no mention of what the windows I wanted would cost). It was very awkward. So I try a more direct no nonsense approach, let her know the amount of a quote I received for all the work I'd like done and simply asked if they could match or beat it. She rudely asks who gave me that quote because they've been the the business for years and know "EVERYONE" (as if it mattered or would change the fact that I got that quote). No prob I tell her where and who, I have nothing to hide or lose. She says she'll ask her boss about my quote and that they'll call me back (again, no offer to come give me real service or a real quote). I never heard back from anyone. Was very disappointed as I know they did a good job on my parent's door 3 years ago (that's why they got the second star) and I may have been willing to pay more if I saw that what they offered was worth whatever price they quote. Sadly I never got that opportunity because of the lack of professionalism and failure to follow up with me. Too bad, I guess they're not looking for good, serious customers? read more

The first time i got a door was almost ten years ago they did a good job quality and was very satisfied with my door and now again I recently got a new house and had some more work done and again i was Happy. they even remembered me from that long and still ly and helpful answering all my question i had as i decided to get something a little more fancier and different than what i first got. I recently got a front door and garage door done along with a patio door. very good and strong doors exactly what i was looking for. I would go to them in the future for more work when needed and will recommend them to anyone interested. . read more
