bought an kw500 ,from musical fidelity ,it arrived without the psu pre amp ,and power cable…read more -conclusion ,i have now an amplifier for one month ,without testing him because i don't have the cables. -send an awful lot of mails ,always without answer from their side ,(witch shows little respect for the client),i haved also phoned ,and got only excuses and more delay,for three times ,they told me ,(we will send the cables monday),never got them. a friend of mine also called there (he speaks perfect german),they told him they would call back,also never happened. i have paid 2450 euro's for an amplifier (second hand),and i still don't know if it works or not,i could get the cables from another source ,but if something wrong happens ,then becames my fault,also is a question of principe,(a client shold be well treated and respected)no mather what he /she buys. -for me is euronics never again. -i still got no cables.
