I find the staff at this media markt to be pretty knowlagable in thier products. They were a great…read moredeal of help when we were picking out a washer and dryer and were able to answer lots of questions about TVs. The only downside here is that the staff at the main information desk can be quite slow and the place is usually very crowded. But I wouldn't hesitate to go here again for electronics.
