He offered solutions to my computer issues which was exactly what I had hoped. I made the decision to purchase a new computer. I gave Drake the information as to what my requirements were for a new one. He referred the information to his manager. I was told she would call me. I called her after 5 business days had elapsed. She had picked 2 computers and gave me the pricing. It would have been wise for me to write the information down. I did not. I wanted to read about the computers online. As you can imagine, there are a multitude of similar computers. I called back today to see if she could text or zip me an email with the info. Unfortunately, I could tell she was frustrated with me and unwilling to help. She told me i would just have to call back. I asked her when a good time and she responded that i would just have to call back. she is working with customers. Unfortunately, i am also a customer and consumer.
