I can't begin to compliment RTS and Gary for the serivce I received. I've always had spotty WiFi service here at Pinetop Cottages and in July it finally was to the point I had to do something about it. In July during a horrible thunderstorm and on a Saturday Gary came out and hooked up a temporary WiFi hub so that my customers were able to have access to the Internet. He did NOT have to do that but I guess he could tell by the frustration in my voice that I needed help. We were scheduled for service to install the full WiFi units in all of the cottages on that Thursday. Gary showed up to install on Thursday as promised and of course again in the middle of a thunderstorm. Since the installation he has checked back with me to make sure that everything was in working order for myself and my customers. Now that's Service!!! He offered solutions to my computer issues which was exactly what I had hoped. I made the decision to purchase a new computer. I gave Drake the information as to what my requirements were for a new one. He referred the information to his manager. I was told she would call me. I called her after 5 business days had elapsed. She had picked 2 computers and gave me the pricing. It would have been wise for me to write the information down. I did not. I wanted to read about the computers online. As you can imagine, there are a multitude of similar computers. I called back today to see if she could text or zip me an email with the info. Unfortunately, I could tell she was frustrated with me and unwilling to help. She told me i would just have to call back. I asked her when a good time and she responded that i would just have to call back. she is working with customers. Unfortunately, i am also a customer and consumer. Perhaps time management is an issue. Needless to say, Im not a fan of negative attitudes and treating customers as such. My 2 stars are for Drake and his genuine concern for customers.

He notes this is a USB 3.0 cable which commands a premium on this 3 foot cable. Which will run me $15.99 for used. Really? Typically I would have bought it at this price new from a store but couldn't reward this place with my business based on this experience. Next place I went to was closed so I ordered it new from Amazon for 1/3 the cost.

I'm pretty knowledgeable about my gadgets, I've had everything Apple has to offer from the IPod…read moreNano back in the day, IPod Touch and IPad, plus many Alexa gadgets and a Kindle Fire in there at one point as well, but I guess I learned something today myself. For the past few days I've only been able to fit one charging cord in my iPad as opposed to any of the 4-5 I have plugged in all the time, and the cord that did fit was really loose and would fall out if you didn't sit it just right and then was very spotty about it's charging. It would start, stop, start, stop, and so on and it occurred to me there might be something in the charging port. I was right. I do pay for Apple Care but didn't want to send my iPad away for a week or whatever so I looked up here on the mountain. I also didn't want to try it myself because if you screw up your USB port on a several hundred dollar gift from your girlfriend, you might not have a girlfriend for much longer- lol. I asked Isaac if he was Apple certified over the phone and he said yes, he in fact, was. I didn't actually think to verify it while there but that was because he fixed my iPad in about half a second with I believe it was a teeny set of tweezers, then told me that some USB charging cords actually have two pieces on the end (charging part) plug of the cord, then there's the plug then over it which is the safety mechanism, a kind of coating I guess that locks the cord into the iPad, you know it's there when you hear that little click and the iPad locks into place. Anyway, I guess when I pulled out the cord recently the safety coating stayed locked in the iPad and the cord came out without it, which is why it was so loose and no other cord would go into the port. Isaac fixed it in no time, wiped down my screen even and was trying to get some spots off it but had no luck because I told him they were inside the glass, not out, because the bottom right corner of my iPad has a little bit of a gap from where the glue dried up and came off. He recommended I do send into Apple for that and I probably will at some point but not right now. But he did this and told me not even to worry about paying for it, it was so quick. I told him for my fee I will write a review and post it everywhere so here it is. 5 star service.
