They tried to overcharge me $100 for a graphics card and $20 more for a power supply ended up buying one myself that was less than what they were gonna charge and better. All in all they don't care about making the quality of your better they just want to take your money read more

I'm a computer tech in the Russellville area. Recently I have worked on more computers that Compute either worked on and screwed up or said couldn't be fixed. What's worse is they tried charging a customer of mine for problems that didn't exist. The people in this store are crooks and scandalous thieves that takes advantage of the customers who they think won't know any better. Needless to say, USE ANOTHER COMPUTER REPAIR STORE OR TECHNICIAN and you first of won't pay as much money and most importantly won't be ripped off by people who aren't interested in helping you. They just want your money, won't attempt to save your important documents, pictures, or data. They think rebuilding the computer and formatting the drive is the fix all for everything without looking to see what might be causing the problem in the first place. SHAME ON THEM!!!! By the way, the store is no longer on Arkansas Ave. It is on 4th street. So if you come across this store, keep on going to another or find a technician that will fix your problem quickly and correctly the first time you take your computer in for repair. read more
