They replaced it with another model that is very dirty, and said that's the only accessory they have left. They refused a refund despite the replacement item being dirtier. Unfortunately the replacement item is also in not working condition, so for the SECOND TIME I returned back to the store and demanded a full refund. They said they do not have any more replacement item, and when I asked for refund, they refused, and blamed me for being dishonest for returning the purchased item twice. Furthermore, the seller told me that earlier on, he had always assume that I am dishonest because I demanded a refund instead of a replacement (of a more inferior, dirtier product!).
