A very mixed review. A solid 3.5 with room for improvement on a few issues…read more Dr Weisman has been our family cardiologist for well over a decade. So I can say with confidence that while he is thorough, that sometimes causes long wait times and overcrowded waiting area. Dr. Wiseman has a one stop shop for cardiac care. Ultrasounds and stress test all done in his office. He is quite experienced and knowledgeable - that said, he can come off a bit harsh at times and I have left feeling that I really didn't thoroughly understand the issues I was experiencing. Beware if you are scheduled for a nuclear stress test, you will be there all day. There are days dedicated to this test, administered assembly line style where so many people are scheduled you are waiting for long periods of time. Bring a book - bring a snack - but most especially bring your patience. With all they have to offer I find it surprising that they don't offer a patient portal. With today's technology a lot of issues could be handled through a portal freeing up time wasted on hold when trying to reach someone on the phone. His office staff is hit or miss sometimes very friendly, but some are occasionally blunt, overworked and abrupt. Nurses amazing and the main reason for the stars. They recognize you, engage with you and are truly the highlight of this practice. For no nonsense, thorough, cardiac care I would recommend Regional Cardiology in a heartbeat (pun intended) that said, there is only one doc, and only so many hours in the day, so bring your patience when visiting his office.

If she does not know or understand something, she takes the time to learn and comes back with answers. This is huge for me! We are always learned as we grow, and most Doctors have a "know it all complex" and we all know .. they do not know it all! She is honest and up front with you, which is hard quality to find in a Doctor. She also has been working longer hours recently and taking extra steps to care of her patients durning this Covid Pandemic which goes to show she is committed to her job and the health and safety of her patients. I know people had problems with desk staff but she has fixed that issue and things run a lot smoother now.
