If you ask…read moreme to describe this place then I would say "unprofessional"!!!
Let me tell you first that I live about 2/2,5 hours away.
I called them twice in a weekend to ask them one small question. (No answer)
Then I called them on Monday. 10 times!! (No answer)
Then called on Tuesday early morning to the men store and he tells me to call the womens after an hour.
When I call the womens I get no reply. So I call the mens again in the evening and he just hangs up on me! Yes, you read that right.. he hangs up on a customer!
When I call him back, a woman picks up and she knows exactly who I am and without letting me speak, she tells me they have only two staff members at the womens and are helping customers. I ask them that I have been trying to contact them the entire day and why aren't
able to attend the phone? She replied with "they don't give priority to calling customers!". After I tell her that I need to travel 2 hours to go there and I just had one small question before I come to the store, she hangs up on me too!!
Mind you, a customer calling your business is also a customer. If I had called once or twice I can relate but this is ridiculous! I was still willing to travel after all the calling and the first time I got hung up on. I still was willing to spend my hard earned money on them. In the end both And then both of them were so unprofessional rude they don't deserve to work in the retail business! They never apologized ONCE for the inconvenience of me trying to contact them!
While I have bought a lot from them before and raved them to my friends, I will never spend my money on them again and will make sure to tell everyone NOT to waste their money on this classless place!
