They charge $75 per 1/2 hour and charged me that amount stating that they removed MacAfee from my computer and that fixed the problem. Once I got home the problem was still there. I called and returned my laptop which they kept for over a week saying it wouldn't do that for them (freezing or disappearing mouse), I picked it up once again, got home and am having the same issue. I called once again and spoke to someone who told me they would speak to the Manager and call me back on Monday (I had called on Friday). Today is the following Thursday and I STILL have not heard from them at all! I think they have really gone downhill.
