I thought the purpose of hiring a Property management company was to manage and serve their customers. They are supposed to be on our side, looking out for us RIGHT? Sadly, based on the other negative reviews, service is clearly not their best quality. Its disturbing to read how bad they treat their customers .
Our property manager easily turns vindictive and combative at a drop of a dime.
My experience with Heidi Womack HOA Property Manager for Seven Bridges community has been torturous from the start . Oddly enough, this company also manages our landscaping under CPM landscaping , so we have to rely on their services for both management and landscaping . She is in charge of all areas of therefore we have to rely that the information she is providing us is accurate and complete in terms of landscaping services.
However, It's been nearly impossible to get a response from Heidi Womack as she is refusing to send Safety data sheets of Herbicide and Pesticide products applied on my property. I attempted to contact the landscaping company myself and was told by several CPM landscapers that they are being threatened to lose their jobs, if Heidi finds them answering questions from me regarding spraying unwanted chemicals on our property . I myself was threatened by CPM manager Steve, who filed a complaint against me for asking questions . This is just so disturbing .
This all stemmed from an email I sent to Heidi to place us on the "do not spray " list as we are chemically sensitive to chemicals , but despite my emails and phone calls requesting to not be sprayed , it went ignored and CPM landscapers ended up spraying my entire property the very next day including the front driveway and backyard with Glyphosate to kill the weeds, further they did not post signs or send me a notification of pesticide spraying ! Luckily I arrived to my home just in time to catch them as they were exiting my back yard. I asked why they were on my property and asked what they sprayed and the workers could not understand English. I immediately contacted Heidi Womack who vehemently denied them using Glyphosate or weed killer. Instead she failed to provide accurate information and denied all together the use of weed killer by sending us an email stating that they do not use Glyphosate , along with a list of the chemicals that may be used.
My gut was telling me to investigate the information to confirm accuracy and not to my surprise I discovered that they do use Gylphosate product called Prosector PRO by Lesco. This was not on the list so I called HOA President and asked him to advise Heidi . Several days later a community wide email was sent with the corrected information , however this was a very big discrepancy and it should not go unpunished . To insure our safety we had to file a complaint with the Dept of Agriculture who confirmed that all of our concerns were valid and that it is in fact state laws and other statues state are set to protect consumers from false information regarding the use of toxic products on private property. All HOA's Landscapers/ pest control companies must provide accurate and complete information upon request , plus post signs on the lawn or area of treatment , which they never did since I moved into this community.
Why should homeowner have to take such measures to insure that they are getting accurate information . CPM is a well known company in the community, how can this level of negligence be tolerated by a top management company. Is caring for my family being exposed to unwanted chemicals an issue? read more
