Update: After one winter, this is the deck. Completely peeled, absolutely showing the poor work, and is exactly what the other legit companies scoped and talked me through last year. This is not only terrible work there is no accountability from Clarence, the owner. I can't imagine if he "fixed" this again last year with another layer of stain as he offered which also speaks to his not knowing how stain versus paint works. I encourage anyone to look at new companies who have the knowledge to do good work and the willingness to work with you even when things go very wrong. read more

This review is for the plow service. I live in a neighborhood (the same neighborhood as the owner) where this company was recommended so I signed up. Unfortunately my driveway wasn't plowed a single.time the entire 2019/2020 winter. There is no phone number to call, only an email, and I emailed in multiple occasions. To make a long story short- it was uncovered that my driveway was never staked with their driveway markers so "the plow drivers never knew to come"... apparently my my contract, money, and close approximation to the business owner were still not enough to clue them in I was owed a service. I never received a refund or compensation for their error. By the time they realized their error it stopped snowing. I had a baby and didn't feel like going to small claims court. This review is for Complete Painting's snow plowing service. The number one thing I look for in a plowing service is reliability: when there is a large snowfall, I want to be able to get out of my driveway! The number two thing is responsiveness: I want someone to answer the phone or at least return my calls. Complete Painting unfortunately fails on both of these counts. After the first snow of the season, I had to call four or five times to finally get them to plow--including leaving multiple messages that were never returned. They plowed somewhat consistently for a while--it's been a light winter--but with the latest heavy snow, I've watched my neighbors' plow services clear their driveways while mine remains mired in over a foot of powder. Again, nobody answers the phone and nobody returns my messages. Convenient for them, I guess: they already have my money, and all I have is a driveway full of snow and an aching back. read more
