I could not return 2 boxes of kitchen tile nor 10 boxes of flooring my builder over ordered. My builder orders a lot of product from them but they would not let him return the flooring for a restocking fee. Corporate in Cherry Hill thought this could be a remedy with the local store but no deal. I would suggest going to Floor and Decor. Their customer service was excellent and the return policy is great.
