I Had My Baby Boy In March, So I've Been Dealing With A lot Of Soreness And Tension In My Shoulders And Back, Especially From Wearing My Baby In A Baby Carrier/ Mommy Wrap. She Worked Out The Knots In My Back And Applied The Perfect Balance Of Pressure, Gentle When Needed And Deeper Where I Had The Most Tension. I Had Two Sessions With Her. The First One Was A Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage, And The Second, A Week Later, Was A Relaxing Massage. I Truly Loved Both Experiences. I Wish I Could Book Another Massage With Her RIGHT NOW! But My Girl, Tyshona, Graduated! I'm Soooo Happy For Her And Wish Her Nothing But Success. On Top Of The Incredible Service, The Massage Was Only $40 For A 1 Hour Session, Which Is An Affordable Price For A Quality Of Care. I Highly Recommend Booking If You Get A Chance!

I contacted another place and am going there. It's been over 3 weeks now and I got a phonecall yesterday, Sunday, and they wanted to schedule me. I told them I never got a response from them and I'm seeking care elsewhere. The next day I get another phone trying to schedule me. I told the lady on the phone what happened and she talks about waiting for the VA for something, just a made up BS excuse. I told her I left messages nobody called me back, she kept not accepting responsibility for not returning my call just kept making excuses. I hung up because I was done with the conversation and then I received texts. The texts were not rude or anything, but still trying to get me in. If you cared about retaining me as a client then someone should have responded sooner, apparently you guys have enough business.. Even though I can't locate you on Google?? I'll go somewhere else where people are more responsive. Thank you anyways though.

Her office is inside of Cook Chiropractic, but she isn't affiliated with them. Lauren has continued educating herself past what she learned in school to be familiar with different conditions people may come to her with. She uses a variety of different techniques based on your need. In spite of many massages in my life, she used techniques that I was not familiar with and proved to be very effective. I have multiple conditions that all contribute to chronic pain severe enough to affect my day to day life. I was able to tell Lauren what hurt and with a couple of follow up questions, she could pinpoint what causing the pain, work on it and provide significant relief. I was also extremely impressed with how in tune with my body she was. She could tell me what was hurting, how it was hurting and what was causing it. She was very cognizant of making sure I was comfortable and that nothing she did caused additional pain. 20/10 recommend her for your massage needs!

During my initial visit, I was open-minded and explained in detail where I carry the most tension and discomfort. Unfortunately, that first experience did not meet my expectations--I felt rushed and didn't feel that my concerns were fully listened to or addressed. After sharing my feedback with the front desk, they were very understanding and invited me to return. While waiting in the lobby that day, I looked through reviews and noticed that Alexis was highly recommended, so I decided to book with her for my next visit. I came back on March 24 with a fresh perspective, and I am so glad I did. Alexis completely changed my experience. From the moment we spoke, she truly listened to my concerns and took the time to understand where my body needed the most attention. Throughout the entire session, she focused on those problem areas and applied the right amount of pressure, making sure I was comfortable while still working through deep tension. You can genuinely tell that Alexis is passionate about what she does. She is attentive, thorough, and intentional with her work. I left feeling significantly more relaxed, relieved, and cared for compared to my first visit. I highly recommend Alexis to anyone looking for a massage therapist who actually listens and delivers results.
