It is a very expensive but mediocre service. When quoted with another company, Jim said he would clean and dispose of the rubbish for less than the $390 offered by the other company. However, when he arrived at my house on the morning of the day, he demanded $1300 for two bedrooms and no carpet, , probably because he knew I had to leave Australia immediately. In the end, I had to dump the rubbish myself, which came to $1000, but that was not a lot of rubbish either. I wanted to talk to someone about it, but Jim demanded cash payment and said he would cancel the job if I didn't go to the bank and withdraw the money immediately, so I had to ask him for the job. The estate agent who referred me to this cleaner also apologised for the situation and tried to get a refund, but Jim would not give me any refund. Incidentally, the level of cleaning is quite normal. It was clean enough that we could have done it ourselves and the windows were still sticky.
