I've been visiting Christon and her team of massage therapists on and off since September 2018. She always listens first carefully and then applies the best possible treatment after a deep analysis of the problem a person may be having. In the past I also had life coaching sessions with her which included certain exercise regimens. massage sessions and personal coaching regarding dietary habits and holistic supplements. The problem is, most of the patients like myself stop the recommended treatments, exercises and began to ignore dietary advices once we feel our problems are diminished after having few sessions with Christon or with her team member therapists. Learning life changing new habits and applying them to our lives regularly is hard. Especially for adults like myself who adopted most of those bad habits as a part of our lifestyle since decades. I was doing cross training for 3 years and had seen results but not enough to feel as good as I wanted. I wanted to slim down, have a stronger mindset, and know more about nutrition. In June 2024 I decided to schedule a consultation with Lisa and continued seeing her up until mid September 2024. Our meetings were scheduled bi weekly at the beginning to help with the accountability piece but as time progressed we would go every 3 weeks and then 4-6 weeks. Let me tell you she is amazing and very knowledgeable.
