    It's now the end of July and I've been trying to get my wheelchair fixed since *October* of last…read moreyear. These people never call back when they say they will, and I've been utterly unable to get them to actually schedule an appointment to take care of this! Never, ever again will I use them if I can possibly avoid it. They told me in October I needed a new motor, which meant that both of them had to be replaced - to the tune of about $400 each. And then they never ordered them, so by the time they did finally get them in, we were well into the new year - which meant that I was going to have to pay for them in full out of pocket, whereas last year, since I'd already met my out-of-pocket max, it would have cost me nothing. So, I asked them if there was something they could do for me on the price - and each and every person I've asked has said nicely they'd check and get back to me, but not a single one of them has ever done so. I am now calling them almost daily, and they keep telling me they will have the service manager call me, but he has never yet returned my call. A few months ago, I got a message from him telling me he was going to be at my home at some hour that afternoon for our appointment. He'd left it the day before, but good old AT&T didn't show it to me until that day. Problem is, I hadn't actually scheduled an appointment, because - you guessed it - NO ONE HAD EVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME about doing so. And of course I was unavailable that day. I called him back and left a message about all of this - and nope, he never called me back again even to apologize for the mixup. I am so done with them.
