Would give negative stars if available!!…read more Horrible bank! Do NOT recommend!!! Location was 100 CVB Dr London, Ky, but I wouldn't recommend this bank at all! After receiving a letter that the bank was automatically going to change our account to a different account and start charging us $7 monthly for services that we did NOT want or need, I called the number on the letter. After being on hold for 10 minutes, they gave me their spill that I did not want and told them not to change my account. I was finally told I had to go into the bank to have it changed. Well since they lock their doors at 4:30, missed them at 4:32. But they advertise on radio they are open till 7pm constantly. So 3rd trip into town and over 20 minutes on phone and have to drive into town and dealt with Mike Sharpe MGR in London. I go in and tell them to take it off. Ohh Mike says, well my computer isn't working, after pulling my account up. I'll print it out and you can come back later, oh and your husband needs to come in too! What?!?! We didn't change anything, the bank did. So now you want us to make MORE trips into town and waste more of our time and gas! And if it couldn't get worse, then after I leave, Mike calls me and tells me that we don't have an account there anymore and that he'll mail us a cashiers check in mail TOMORROW . I told him No! I will stop back by and pick it up. He told me that he would call the police and have me arrested for trespassing! REALLY! You're holding our money hostage now and closed our account!?!?!?!! And I just found out we are locked out of online banking. So we can't check our balance or print statements! Run don't walk away from this bank!!! So now he has taken our money hostage and we'll have to wait to get our money in the mail for 3-5 days and then have to move our money to another bank and set up a new account. Just to give some more context, we've had this account just to have a local bank because we bank at a National bank and now the closest branch is 1 1/2 hrs away. But this account had been open for almost 2 years and we have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with this bank! They constantly have issues with online banking, accessing app for bank not working , not able to access our accounts online, unable to mobile deposit checks and it has always taken 2-3 trips into town 25 miles each way to this bank to get it fixed EVERY TIME! This has happened every 2-4 months! Worst Banking Experience I've ever had! Highly recommend you bank ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! So the saga continues! So after I informed my husband that he'd have to wait for 5 business days or more to receive check in the mail. He called Forcht bank and told them he'd come pick up the check. They said they had it and wouldn't mail it. He immediately left and went to the branch. Once he got there they couldn't find it. After waiting for some time they finally figured out that it had been picked up and taken to another branch. So he had to drive to the other branch to finally pick up the cashiers check. Fast forward to day 3 of this fiasco, got another account at a local bank and there's a 10 day hold on the cashiers check from Forcht bank. So no access to our money for 14 days because of what Forcht Bank and manager Mike Sharpe did!

Have to make certain deposits in person if over 5,000.00. Found out they are not the only bank that…read morerequires this. I have to call almost every time, now that I don't live in the state, to do any transaction! I opened a savings account at a different bank that offers more interest on the dollar. When I tried to set up a reoccurring deposit from this bank to my new savings, they would not let me. The reason being, I payed local property taxes out of this account and forgot to transfer money from my main bank to cover the checks I wrote. I immediately corrected the mistake when I realized it! Because it happened, they said they cannot allow me to access my money. So then I decided to Zelle myself. I had to call to get an ok to do that. Today I tried to Zelle myself again. They said I have exceeded my limit! I hadn't even done anything. So I called and she said it was because I zelled myself on the first of the month. This is ridiculous! CVNB is not my keeper and therefore should not be allowed to act like they are! It is my money! I will be having my daughter look for a better friendlier long distance bank for me!
