I want to start off this review in saying the only reason this school does not get a 1-star is…read morebecause of the few teachers who really care about you, that goes the same with the wellness staff and some of the cafeteria/store staff. I'd also like to say...do not pay for living on campus Main Street housing; if you have to select it as housing or are forced to; just live at home, or commute. It's not often you get a dorm room with exposed pipes and constant water running/flushing/shower noises; along with terribly immature and idiotic house mates. In addition Ursinus college really only has a few things for its students to eat EVERYDAY (I'm not talking about the one in a while "special" food day they have. It's basically pasta, pizza, salad, and burgers. Not worth paying for a meal plan. Education in general is above average with a lot of room to explore what you really want to do. But that's about it with what is good about ursinus; great prestigious education program and nice, intelligent, and caring staff and professors. But...the administration only care about your money. Ursinus college has had about 3-5 suicides since I started here four years ago, and while they have pledged to do more with mental health, no one feels like they care about the students. I've got plenty more examples but here at ursinus; most students know what the REAL saying here is "We care until you pay us money, then it's on to the next fool". Administration has not cares about money and will send emails the second there is a problem with money, but no communication when they make a mistake. At the end of the day if you removed everything besides my classes and professors and some other staff this school would be so freaking awesome. And I would want everyone to go here.

The living situation on campus was shit, the dorm rooms are old, small, and the bathrooms…read more.. disgusting. So many bugs! Most of the professors I had were so far from woke that I lost motivation. The transportation to anywhere without a car was nonexistent. The food was mostly unhealthy and the healthy options were stale fruits... 10/10 would not recommend

I was weary of trying this service but it was recommended so I gave it a shot and am glad I did…read more Overall I am happy with the results. The hair cut was well worth it and I will absolutely come back for future cuts! The manicure, however, was an absolute train wreck and I'll never do it again. Big location and very clean. Welcomed immediately with friendly check in. Everyone who works there was very nice. Haircut included a wash and blow dry. Great deal for the price. The stylists are students but they're very professional and communicate throughout the whole process. The cut and layers are exactly what I wanted. Ms. Mower and Ms. Campbell are the educators today and were awesome with their student stylists. Constantly checking in to see what work is being done and checking the students techniques. Every hair cut needs to be checked by one of the educators before the cut is complete. The manicure was a total waste of time and money. They all have to learn how to do nails but the nail techs in training focus on nails whereas I had a hair stylist who was forced to do it. I have no problem with my girl and don't fault her. She was very friendly and did her best, but she's not training to be a nail tech and the result shows it. They don't cut cuticles. The nail shaping was a struggle and not done right. Nails are all uneven, not well trimmed, and are sharp on the edges. The paint is all over cuticles and bubbles throughout.

No transparency, no accountability, and, in our situation, an apparent prejudice. Grateful to have found a more welcoming environment for our son elsewhere with competent facilitators and sincere leaders. That said, Ms Mani and Ms Cindy are great.

Management does not care about your concerns…read more The local school administrator from my town told me, kindergarteners from malvern are known for being behind compare to other daycares. They have 5 year olds napping, I had to get a doctor note so they wouldn't force my kid to have quiet time where they are not allowed to speak or stand up in a dark room days before starting full day kindergarten. Staff openly talks about being on food stamps in front of kids and parents. When speaking to the director Megan she told me why would you stay at Malvern if you don't like it. Don't do what I did leave as soon as possible for your kids safety and well being. My daughter has had a broken finger, a concussion, and needed doctor notes stating their current policies are harmful for her wellbeing. And all that occurred was management threatened to kick her out of school 2 weeks prior to starting kindergarten after I sent them picture proof of them breaking their own policies.
