My entire family used to go to this practice and one by one we've left because of the staff-rude and unfriendly seemed to be a prerequisite for this office. I had an appointment for a sick visit with Fishel. I was 15 minutes late because of traffic and getting held up at work. They have a 10 minutes late policy. The doctor refused to see me and they offered me an appointment for 4 days later. It felt very uncaring and made me want to switch providers. There were zero people in the waiting room. read more

Advised: do not select CCP as your healthcare provider. The doctors--especially at the Latham office--are uncaring and lack sufficient training as doctors, and will often give you incorrect diagnoses and prescribe medication you don't need. CCP is a perfect example of Corporate Medicine (out to make $$$$ for its investors); you will be allowed only 20 minutes per visit with a doctor. A number of times when I asked for a referral over the phone I was ignored--no one--a nurse or doctor--got back to me. Some of the staff are ok but some are downright rude and seemed to resent actually having to deal with a sick person. My health suffered significantly for one year until I finally upgraded my health insurance and transferred to St. Peter's. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this corporate approach to health care. read more

I have been a patient at CCP for 10 years. The physicians and support staff are warm and caring. I've recently referred my new husband.

Came in to get my blood work done today as I do periodically. I must say that Tammy is absolutely amazing at what she does here. I have never been one to be a fan of needles but she makes you feel very comfortable, she's very friendly and warm with her affect, so it put you at ease. She'll strike up a conversation with you, to keep your mind off of everything that's going on and before you know it it's done. I've never had an experience where I've never felt a thing throughout the whole process, normally I would be wincing and wondering when the next poke was going to happen but here with her it never does. She really knows what she's doing and she is amazing at her job. She cares about the people that she takes care of and you can see that she does. The reason why I dropped it down one star is because the hours of operation don't coincide with my work availability so if I need to be seen by my doctor I have to take time off of work to do so. Before covid-19, I was able to make an evening appointment and come in and see my doctor after work which was very convenient, now unfortunately there are no evening appointments, so I have to miss my job in order for them to do their job and I have to pay them to lose my hours at work. So needless to say it's a double-edged sword with that last star. Overall though, I would definitely recommend this facility for any of your medical needs when it comes to needing a doctor or blood work completed. Thank you so much for listening. read more
