For context, I rate products and businesses on a simple scale: 5 stars means I love it, 4 stars…read moremeans I like it, 3 stars is okay, 2 stars means I didn't like it, and 1 star means I hated it or think it's unsafe. I know several friends and acquaintances who have had skin cancer, and I know someone who passed away from it, so I try to stay vigilant about my skin. That is a big change from my younger years when I spent hours in the sun without protection and never thought twice about it. After noticing a few areas of concern, I scheduled an appointment in early October. The first available visit was early February, but I kept it because I wanted peace of mind and to stay proactive. The Latham location was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. The office was clean, spacious, and welcoming. I was greeted right away, completed new patient paperwork, and was taken back within a few minutes. After discussing my concerns with the technician, Dr. Menon came in shortly after. She was warm, upbeat, and thorough. She carefully examined the areas I mentioned and determined they were not cancerous, which was a huge relief. After waiting months for the appointment, getting clear answers and reassurance meant a lot. Checkout was smooth and there were no insurance issues. The visit felt organized, professional, and patient focused from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who wants to be proactive about caring for their skin. This is a place I would gladly return to and definitely will. 5 stars.

I was told that once they had received the blood test results they would call me to set up an appointment. I got the test at Lab Corp. They said they would send their report to Magnolia. Over a week passed so I called to find out where we stood. Then the fun began. You can't talk to a person, you leave a message and they'll call you back. But no one calls. I wait a week and try another call. This time I was told I was #2 in line and I would have 3 minute wait. Their robot then changed that wait time to 2 min. then 1 min. then 6 and 7 min, respectfully, Dr.Tracy may well be a fine doctor, but how do you get in touch with her.

As an employee of the Williams Center, I am able to witness all of the lives that Dr Williams touches and the absolutely fabulous, natural looking results he achieves! The staff that I am privileged to work alongside is simply the best - they are so patient centered and care very deeply about our patients. Something that truly stands out about Dr Williams and about the Williams Center in general is that they specialize. Before I worked in the plastic surgery industry, I did not understand how special this truly was and what an impact it makes. Each one of the Williams Center plastic surgeons specializes in their specific area of surgery. For example, Dr Williams EXCLUSIVELY operates on the face, therefore making him a true master in the field of facial plastic surgery. Many plastic surgeons are general plastics - meaning they operate on the face, body, breasts etc. Dr Williams and his team of expert surgeons all specialize in specific areas and are artists in their arena. I highly recommend Dr Williams to anyone in search of a trustworthy and very skilled/experienced facial plastic surgeon!!

Completely unprofessional experience at this office both from Dr. Siebeneck as well as her office…read morestaff. My husband and I were seen together for a routine annual check. Dr. saw us for a combined less than 10 minutes. Her exam was not thorough at all and required us to specifically point out spots on our skin that were of concern vs her wanting to do her job well and be as thorough as possible. She then froze 1 spot on each of our backs - quick zip zip and sent us on our way. We then received a bill totaling over $725. We called many times and asked for a code review or adjustment, called our insurance company and spoke to the office manager. Each time they told us they would look into it and call us back. Assured us this would not be sent to collections and they would be in touch. It has been over a year and this is still not resolved. No one from this office ever calls us back AND we found out they did send to collections despite assuring us this would never happen. Needless to say we will NOT be going back to this office and encourage others to stay away. Absolutely horrible experience.

Having worked by appointment most of my adult life I realize how important the clients' time is. Once you are late for your 1st or 2nd client you are late the rest of the day. Dr. Hillary has a habit of chatting with her office staff with no regard for the time. Last week I waited about 20 minutes in the examining room while she chatted and giggled with her staff. When I asked someone at the desk if it would be much longer she told me she did not know. Soon the Dr. came in and basically dismissed me and said she would give me the number of Latham Dermatology that they were taking new patients. She quickly "treated" me and I agreed I would take the phone number and information for Latham Dermatology. I still can't believe that a "Professional" person would be so condescending to her patient. Maybe she and her staff should take lessons in customer service. Lord knows they need it. When I called Latham Dermatology to set up an appointment the professionalism was very noticeable. I can't wait for my appointment in six months. I'm sorry I did not make the change years ago. Good luck to those that stay.
