The fact it's non psychoactive eased my fears of losing control while submitting to a powerful substance. At most I thought it would alleviate my arthritis and Peri menopausal systems, at least I thought it would be a good cleanse. After having done a total of 14 dots (Ray uses traditional Sapo method which results in less dots needed) in 6 ceremonies I can say the results were the same.
