People are not willing to take responsibility for their own mistakes or be responsible for their own lack of organization. The numerous years my family has been having our taxes done with Accurate Tax and Payroll Services (Mrs. Hertz) , we have NEVER had an issue of dishonesty in any way. Accurate Tax and Payroll Services aka Mrs. Hertz has been a great asset and a treasure to our family. If you are looking for a reliable, honest ally to be in your corner against the often intimidating IRS, then we can't recommend her enough. I feel that it is wrong to undermine the blood, sweat and tears needed to operate a successful business for decades over a personal grievance. I think it is the epitome of ungratefulness to receive multiple years of great service, yet leave a one-star review over a personal grievance. Mrs. Hertz must follow legal guidelines so I'm not sure what some people expect. I am quite certain this individual chose to use Mrs. Hertz for her reliability, dependability, incredible amount of knowledge and experience, and ability to help her clients the most in regards to discounts. She has an incredible ability to always find you the best return, she always has very fair pricing. It is the epitome of selfishness to ignore these attributes while also benefiting from such attributes for years. Some people are just extremely selfish, this is the reality of the times. So there was more paperwork to deal with than previous years. She explained everything to me very clearly and even recommended I call Social Security and have them begin holding out Federal taxes so I don't owe next year. It was worth the fee to have peace of mind that my taxes were done correctly.
