Mine is 10 years old and needed a $2 fuse. My system is Honeywell. I went to their office with the fuse. I guilted him into looking for a fuse to fit it as they sold me the system. They could have cared less. A week later he emailed me to say he couldn't find the fuse and still offering a new system I called Honeywell and they sent me two free fuses. I will NEVER buy a system from these people again. I will pay triple to avoid there poor customer service.

Absolutely not a company you want to do business with. I am 30 days into a new install by them the…read moresales guy was very nice and the installer was great. I started having issues after 2 weeks of install with my panel not getting power I called ADT and they contacted Alarm Guard directly the same day. No one contacted me for almost 2 weeks except ADT telling me that my panel is having issues. I have a 30 day agreement in which I can opt out and after the level of customer service I received you can imagine why I would want to. I contacted Alarm Guard and spoke with the lady who handles disconnects. She tells me tough luck I am signed into a 36 month agreement. Just a heads up if you are thinking of doing business with this ADT authorized agent. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else to do the install who is willing to support you after the fact.
