Service has through the years been good up until recently. Delivery has become unreliable. We received an incorrect item that we cannot seem to get a return for. The customer service phone number hangs up when you mention returns and the online service is totally useless. I hate to see what appears to be the downward trajectory for a once dependable company. Although, I will be taking my business elsewhere, I hope that they can turn things around and survive in this increasingly competitive world.

They said a week at first and 3 weeks later nothing. They didn't keep me updated and I had to chase for answers each time. They didn't respond to half my messages and in the end cancelled my order, delaying my launch photo shoot by a month. Really irresponsible and they didn't even offer a real apology or make good for wasting my time. My only recourse is to post a bad review. Terrible business, horribly unprofessional
