I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.

They observed the tire wheel as I explained my own assessment. I knew there was a puncture hammer nail, yet they provided recommendations base on their own assessment. We agreed to focus on the puncture and avoid purchasing new or pre owned used tires. The work and labor took about 15-20 minutes at the most. Fairly quick. I believe they inserted a tire plug. I can honestly say the service was great. This review was written as soon as I left the location. Let's hope the air pressure stops leaking.

I've been coming here for years and every single time I have to wait over 3 hours. Longest wait was…read more5 hours to patch a tire. I don't understand why they don't focus on clearing the simple fixes. Today I went for an oil change and went there right at opening. Tell me why it's been 3 hours and the car is still not ready when I am supposed to be 2nd in line for their "oil change mechanic". I want to stay loyal to this shop, but the wait is insane. Another 4-5 hour of wait for a 20 minute procedure. They need to get a manager that can streamline their processes. Another guy here came to patch his tire and he's also still waiting. He was ahead of me too. It used to be much much better with their time. Upon writing this. I finally for the car. Went there at 8am, and got my car from the oil change at 11:40 am.

If you know the area, you probably have an idea how many tire shops there are in a 10 mile radius, lol. Thankfully I chose Gio's shop, Jarocho Tires 2. He helped me, even staying past closing time. Dude is genuinely HONEST and affordable. He had several options for a tire replacement and explained each one. I'm not a cash person, but for Gio and his service, I'll definitely return. *CASH ONLY* There is an ATM nextdoor at LA Raza Market. There's a taxi truck right outside the shop. I really liked my bean and cheese burrito.
