We have to drive from more rural to come here. But the bank we tried first in our town was very difficult to work with and wanted to charge money. My only complaint is I have had issues with the outside atm machines. particularly the digital screens do not always work properly. with no real buttons to press its up to the computer not glitching or getting overheated in summer. but they have complimentary coffee and cookies inside. there is a change machine for members to use cost free. They have numerous bank professionals to help with more complicated matters on any given day. staff is always helpful and professional.

In the last year the bank has become equivalent to standing in line at the DMV. They shut down the drive up lines (time to rethink opening those back up that would help stop the spread of all kind of germs). There are never enough tellers to help the people in line. THE FIRST of the month 1 tell and 15 older people struggling to stand in line 30 minute wait for me to deposit two checks into a company account . I have also had tellers give me the straight up wrong information telling quoting laws that do not exist (they are bank of america policy not laws) and upset with me when I question have questions about this misrepresentations. Anyway the weather was turning bad and they had about 20 minutes until closing. I felt that the manager that day was prejudging us because I actually was going to be opening a business account and I have without a doubt more money than 30 percent of the people coming through the doors. I found one open on the Plaza until 2pm but I'd never make it in time. Had almost given up until I spotted a branch inside a Price Chopper in Liberty with a 4pm closing time. I hopped in the car and drove over 20 miles. The nicest young man, Mark, greeted me and completed the transfer while answering my questions about the process. If I owned a bank he'd have my card an invitation to work for me at a higher salary than US Bank is paying him! I seldom experience great customer service like Mark's these days.
