The owner Bryan explained every step to me and handled the insurance issues for me. Im a single mom with four children and was afraid of being taken advantage by other construction companies. Whatever you do, RUNNNN!…read more This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism. They did work on my home & immediately, I realized 2 of the electrical outlets in one room did not work. Brian (The owner) said they'd check it out. It literally took a YEAR for him to come, look & acknowledge the problem (however, he couldn't fix it that day). I got estimates from another company but he did not want to reimburse them for doing it either. In the meantime, I was using extension cords (that I had to unplug when I left the house due to loud popping sounds that would come from the outlet). Ultimately, after THREE (3) YEARS of Brian saying he was coming to fix it, another contractor came & fixed the problem in NINETY (90) MINUTES! Oh, and that popping sound...apparently, when Hydier Builders actually does work, they like to cut corners.

The repair was on the expensive side, but it was actually less than what I was quoted before which surprised me for an emergency call. Would highly recommend if you have a furnace that needs help!
