Friendly, helpful. Very professional. The Dental techs also impressive. The male dentist, approx 58 years old Examined my top tooth. He was kind, and answered my numerous concerns. He suggested to save tooth with a restoration process. I trusted the doctor. The tooth was restored beautifully. I was thrilled. I started with the practice two or three years ago at the urging of my wife, a long time patient of Dr. Gehrig. 1). I had what they called a deep cleaning, but it was not properly done. The gums were not disturbed and that is required of that procedure. 2). They did a root canal and the tooth broke off soon after that. 3). The sold me on dentures after talking me into extracting my last two upper teeth, which were the mounting points for the partial that I was using. The fit and alignment were terrible on the temporary denture and I have zero confidence that the permanent denture will be any better, so I am in search of a new dental practice.

There is a dentist there, whom my daughter unfortunately went to, that in my opinion and observation, was less than honest. I did not see anything that was modern or up-to-date at this dental office. It was dated for sure. The front staff was very nice. My daughter waited over an hour past her appointment time. Unfortunately, my daughter's insurance company had them on the list as a provider. We trusted the company that managed the dental part. We will never return to that office. However, after the office manager promised to forward any dental x-rays that were taken to the dentist of our choice, I am unable to contact them. They NEVER answer the phone and the fax number listed on the office manager's card does not pick up.
