Lousy experience! The manager "max" refused to issue refund. Changed room 3 times I was so upset I didn't take pictures of the first two rooms. This is the worst place we have stayed at in a LONG time. We asked for 2 rooms next to each other. Got one on 2nd floor and one on first. My wife knee replacement surgery, both knees, so stairs are not her friend. We got second floor. One ice machine, farthest away from our room on the FIRST floor. No security anywhere in the building, you just open outside doors and come in. Room not very clean. Had to reconnect TV to Direct TV every-time we turned on the TV. Online price $110 per night, went to book room over the phone and they said the price was $250 per night. I told my cousin who lives in Las Vegas about it, he called them and somehow miraculously told us we can get the rooms for $110. My son and daughter in law stayed here last night. The first room had fresh blood on the floor and beer still in the fridge. The second room smelled strongly of urine. At that point they gave up and just went to sleep after a long day of traveling. When they contacted the manager this morning he was very unhelpful and kept calling them back to argue. We like this hotel in Las Vegas; there is not a lot of selection in my old home town. We will definitely stay here again, because the rooms are pet friendly, good breakfast, convenience, and quiet, even being next to the freeway. But. . . the chair was clearly broken. No reason why the maids would not tell management to replace this chair. Also, getting into bed, there is a major injury hazard in a sharp steel bar sticking out from under the middle of the bed under the mattress foundation. We've stopped at this location twice in the past month to utilize the charging station. The staff has been absolutely amazing!!!! On the last trip we had car trouble, and the staff was helpful and let us use the facilities, get a cup of coffee, and wait in the warm lobby. They made an unfortunate situation so much better!!! This hotel has no elevator. They told me I could have late check out. Then a cleaning lady called my phone 5 times from 10am-11am. When I finally answered she told me I HAD to leave now and that they don't do late check outs. After I told her I was told we could stay till 1pm she got mad and hung up the phone. They couldn't tell me name of who was calling my room and knocking on my door so they had the owner call me. He explained they do late check outs till 12. He didn't have an answer as to why me and another employee was told 1. Now I'm outside checked out and they haven't bother my other employee to rush him out the door. So now I'm waiting outside for my employee since he was allowed to stay till 1. This was inconvenient and not to mention unethical for a cleaning lady to be rushing paying customers out of the hotel. Sohan (owner) you need to do better and explain to your cleaning people we (the customers) are the ones paying so they can work. I would not recommend this hotel at all. There is a nice best western right next to this hotel and if me and my company is ever back that is where we will be staying. Cooperate is my next call. I will not stay here again. We arrived late and the room was freezing cold. The worst part was the fact that the thermostat on the heater was broken. Then to top it all off when we pulled the cover back to get in bed at 11:30 at night we found that the sheets were wrinkled like someone had slept there and the sheets had not been changed. Unfortunate find! The outside perimeter is dirty and un kept and the inside is not a lot better. We arrived in our room and it smelled like something had died. The trash cans had not been emptied and there was food waste in them. I called the front desk and the girl that answered said they would be right up to take care of it and she would report it to...blah blah blah....... I sat them out side the door, we opened the window to "air" out the room and left to grab some dinner. Got back and the smelly trash cans were still sitting in the hallway and the smell in the room was still awful. We had no other options so stayed the night but left at 6 the next morning. And the trash cans were still sitting full in the hall way!!!! In addition to that, the outside security doors were broken and anyone one could just walk in and have access to the hallways. Exhausted on cross country road trip for a family wedding, we stumbled upon this sweet little spot to rest up. My sister uses a wheelchair, and had additional medical equipment to carry. The clerk in front sent help to help me unload the luggage and get her settled. What a relief. What I didn't expect was how comfortable the beds were and the shower water pressure was fantastic. We drove 10hrs overnight, with 3 babys, to arrive at 5am to find no employee. We rang the bell multiple times, called the hotel multiple times. There was a guy asleep on the couch so after about 10mins we figured he was the employee, after trying to wake him up a few times. He finally woke up, stated he was the employee and was very confused. We had previously checked in with Ashley who was very prompt and helpful. So we knew the room # and just needed the keys. We received 2 keys in which did not work. Hauling the baby's back to the front. We asked for a new key, which we were argued about and blamed for our keys not working. My husband and I asked if we could stay in the RV lot which was totally empty and we have done before several times, the rude woman looked at me and said we only allow truckers to stay there. I asked if I could pay a fee to stay and she stumbled across her words and shrugged her shoulders. I said if you can allow truckers why can't I stay too???? She became angry like she was on drugs and said I couldn't stay there, I wonder if she was racist?? The cleaning crew were polite and kind. the Staff at the front desk made my friend cry when she was just trying to get a clean towel after requesting room service 3 days in a row with no service. The food was so inconsistent. some days they would have fresh fruit in the back room and never put it out for paying guests. most days had rotten fruit in the bowls. Terrible place. overcharged my coworkers 2500 to 3000 dollars. So filthy in the rooms thick coat of dust and cobwebs behind the TV/ dresser and the bed. Never stayed in a place that bad. Got a reservation for two rooms and paid in advance around noon. After driving for 7 or so hours arrived to be told our rooms were gone and all that was left were pet friendly rooms (we did not bring a pet). We run to the store to get some Benadryl and go for it. Get into the room to find a wet spot at foot of bed, some sort of fungus growing on our blinds and a smudge on a chair that look an awful like blood. Complained to a nice man at front desk but honestly they have a customer service policy of "no way in hell are you getting a refund, discount, or a free room in the future." I think they bank on one and done guests. If you are foolish enough to stay here they don't really care if you ever come back. I mean we paid $159 per room to get bumped to a place were people can bring their dogs or cats into without a bat of an eye from them. I gave it a two because the beds were comfortable. Had the displeasure of staying at this hotel for one night. Luckily, it wasn't anymore than that. Unfortunately due to the wildfires in the area this hotel was the only one with a room left for us. There were stains on the sheets, hair on the bathroom floor, and literally mini m and ms on the carpet. The price you pay for this place $230 a night is absurd because I don't know what they do with that money; they certainly don't renovate the facility with it. read more

We decided to go with the breakfast at the hotel to save time and get on the road faster. The time for breakfast was 6 - 9 a.m. At 6:30 a.m. the only thing left was yogurt - there wasn't even any coffee. There wasn't anyone cleaning up or replenishing the food. Our room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. The toilet was so low it was difficult to get up from and there was no grab bar accessible while using the toilet. Also, the way the door was situated if you closed the bathroom door and sat on the toilet, the door couldn't be opened if you needed assistance. There was mold in the bathroom, and there wasn't a shower head on a hose, so if you used the bath chair you had no choice about getting your hair wet. read more

Pros: For starters the lady at the front desk checking in & out was super nice. When we checked in, we ended up talking to her for a little because she was pretty friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, sausage, yogurt, cereal. The usual at a hotel. No complaints. Cons: This hotel is pretty gross as all the other ratings say. I really hope the manager takes this into account before people stop going there. The room we checked into was super gross smelling. There was dog hair in our bed. So clearly the sheets were never washed. There was stains all over the room. I think the bathroom was OK. The towels for showering were still wet.. Not sure if they were just never washed or they were not dried long enough?? Either way. I don't understand why anyone would not know folding them that they're still soaked. For staying one night, this place is OK. If I had to stay longer, I would've lost my mind. Lol. read more

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life and I have traveled the world and that is saying something. When we checked in there was no elevator we went into our room and there was mold up and down the walls the ceiling looked like it was going to cave-in and the carpet was stained and sticky you couldn't even take your shoes off to top it off the toilet did not flush and someone had Peed in the toilet before we got there and left it there. The sheets were dirty black and all of the bedspreads were terribly stained with food stains and they had not been washed. To top it off the door did not lock so random strange people could walk in at any time! This truly is a drug and crack hotel, very unsafe and EXTREMELY EXTREMELY dirty! This hotel is a disgrace! It's disgusting! There are stains on everything and the hallways are littered with trash. It's pet friendly and my first room stunk of dog urine. Yes, first room. I opened the window and crank the heat because I couldn't stand the smell but it was freezing out. Then the heater would not turn off! I asked to change rooms and they gave me one that was never even cleaned: No sheets on the beds, trash all over. So I asked for yet another room. Third rooms a charm. Well it seemed ok at first but then when I washed my hands the sink stopper was permanently stuck down so it would not drain at all. I wasn't going go ask for FOURTH room. I grabbed my things, put my key cards on the counter and left. Never in my life have I walked out of a paid hotel room. It's not ok that I lost my money, but at that point I just needed out of there. They should be embarrassed. And they've forever ruined the name Comfort Inn for me. read more
