That said, Morwell Motel is a lovely place. The room was really nicely decked out and was equipped with a majorly comfortable double bed. They also offer breakfast delivered to your room with basic cereal and toast options (you have a toaster to make toast yourself). You also have your own Nespresso machine to make pod coffee. The room also has flat screen tv and nice art work on the wall and is equipped with air con. It's a really comfortable place to stay and seeing what else the area has to offer its one of the best places to stay. What makes it as well, is the staff are so friendly and chatty. They have the cutest chocolate labs that come into reception to say hello, that the owners let come out to the foyer for you to pet if you want them to. Definitely worth booking in for a well deserved comfortable nights stay.

This was a stop-over to break the journey on the way to Lake's Entrance. We'd seen reasonable…read morereviews for this place and it was priced well, so we took our chances. On arrival, the reception was deserted with a notice on the window to call a mobile number if we wanted assistance. Check-in was then swift and friendly, and we were shown to our room. The room itself was pretty standard - about what you'd expect from a motel. Our breakfast tray was delivered the night before, after we were asked to select cereals/toast spread. Unfortunately, it didn't come with cutlery and the reception was abandoned again the next morning, rendering half of our breakfast useless. It was quiet, and the crickets sang us to sleep. That's a big plus. The next morning, as we woke, the owner let herself into our room, believing we'd checked out already because our car wasn't directly outside our room. This was a bit startling to say the least, but she was very apologetic and mistakes happen, so it's no drama. All in all, this is a reasonable, well-priced little motel.
