She assured that table will be available for us. We got there that evening someone else was in that table and we were asked tonsit in a 13"x 13" table, I wasn't happy. I asked to moved our table, omg speaking of communication was bad. I get it Brazilian vs English. The person who help me then spoke English fluently and server also. Ambiance was loud for a fine dining, we hardly can speak to each other.

Firstly it's almost always understocked - so you can't find a lot of the items you are looking for; secondly there are 6 regular cashier counters and 1 special needs cashier counter - never have I seen more than 4 active counters, lines go all the way to the rear of the store and this place is really busy : there is major movement and it takes more time to get to the counter to pay than to shop ; thirdly, this store is poorly organised and really terribly managed - it's so well located and the owners could have really done something better. You ask me..why do I go here..convenience, it's really close to where I live and en route almost everytime...I just wish these guys started re-organise it and properly managing this store.
