I have had no bad experiences. Been there for 3 years. The only thing is that people that work out…read morethere is not do more than one set on any machine if someone is waiting to use that machine. I constantly see people just sitting on a machine after doing a set and looking at their cellphones waiting to do another set. If someone is waiting to use that particular machine, then the person just sitting there should get up, let let the person do their set (most people just do one set, because once you exhaust the muscle you need to then give the muscle time to recover) and then they can get back on the machine to do another set. So many people think that the more sets you do, the bigger and stronger you get. Totally wrong. So, after saying this since the employee's won't step up to this problem, you just have to adjust your schedule to go in on hours that they aren't that busy. Saying that no one person should own a machine they're on for 10 minutes at a time when other people want to do a set. The right way to work out is to exhaust your larger muscles first, such as the legs and slowly work to the smaller muscles like your arms. When people camp out on a machine, then other people have to skip around to other machines, which makes them have to exhaust smaller muscles first, thus they won't be able to take their larger muscles to complete muscle failure.

Well today I was told by some young unprofessional looking young girl with piercings that looked like something from a horror movie that I was allowed. I told her that she can call Alex the manager. I was leaving and tried telling her this she told me to leave i asked her name she said she doesn't have to tell me. They never wear name tags very unprofessional and very much a word that I regret calling her for that i apologize but come on they are washable towels. Very bad experience

I've been sitting on this review for a while, hoping the manager or owner would respond to my…read moremultiple messages and calls and do the right thing BUT it's been two months (two years actually) and absolutely nothing from them, so here goes. In the Spring of 2020, I signed up my kids, ages 2 and 3, for water babies. It was supposed to be a 6-week class for $85 each, so $170 total one evening a week at 6:30. We'd done it twice before, and we all enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit. Understandably, the classes were canceled, then rescheduled and canceled again. I explained that the day didn't matter so much as the time, and we needed a late class because my husband and I both worked day turn and could not make an early class. They followed up with me once or twice after that, and I followed up with them as well, but they never again offered a 6:30 class. Finally, after two years of constantly checking for a late class, which again was never offered, I asked for a refund, which the manager refused. I called, but he never returned my call. I sent FB messages, but no one returned my messages. My husband called a few more times, but not a single message or phone call was returned. I hoped to work this out amicably, but I've since filed a dispute with my bank and Paypal. I've seen a lot of poor customer service and bad business practices since the pandemic hit, but this, by far, has to be the most unprofessional, incompetent, and shameful service to date. TLDR: I paid for classes which THEY canceled, now they are no longer offering those same classes, but also refuse to refund me or allow me to use that credit towards something else. UPDATE: After the recommendation from my credit card company, I reached out to the Atty General's office. The AG rep was able to actually get somewhere and someone from Reform replied with an unsigned email falsely accusing me of bullying and harassment. They've blatantly lied about speaking to me multiple times on the phone, but okay I'll take a gift certificates. But then after I accepted their offer, myself and the rep from the Atty General's office had to reach out an additional 3 times before someone replied again and said that they now would only offer me a gift certificate IF I removed my reviews. The mere fact that I had to go all the way to the Atty General's office to even get a response speaks volumes to their business practices. They have had my money for over two years now and have not once provided any type of service. At one point, I would've gladly used the credit towards private lessons but their lack of professionalism and frankly immoral business dealings makes me sick to my stomach.
