There aren't many places to eat near the FU, so I was getting excited about this simple, cheap Vietnamese restaurant, il looked like a perfect place for students. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I got the rice noodles with tofu and coconut milk (and allegedly vegetables). It tasted extremely bland, I had to add a lot of spicy sauce (which I don't usually do) to make it taste like anything at all! They skimped on the veggies (some lettuce a sparse pieces of carrots) and on the herbs (one solitary leaf of parsley), and the sauce, wich made up most of the volume, was watery.
