The coffee was great, probably one of the better ones that I've had from the different cafes we tried in the Whanganui/Palmerston North area. I had a soy late (the cafe uses Illy) and the flavour was well rounded and nicely flavoured and the soy milk wasn't over heated which was a blessing. Whilst we didn't have time to stop for long, the Cooperage is open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch and with the added bonus of being connected to 2 different furniture/homeware stores its a lovely destination for a girls lunch date.
